Long time member of the above.  No points awarded for shopping and receipts sent for past two weeks nor for petrol panel.  Nine emails sent, no response, many members taking to Trustpilot to complain.  Any inside info?

They have had a message for the last two weeks on the front page explaining that they are currently having issues with the system.   It does say that you are not to worry as the points are still been added up and will be credited asap.     It sounds like a serious outage, I don't think it is anything malicious on their part.

I got credited last night for the points accrued on 6th October so it sounds like it is slowly getting back to normal.

I got last weeks points yesterday for transmit, food on the go and recipt and then this morning got points for transmit only, fingers crossed the rest of the points will appear soon.

I've been getting points with no problems but I did have an email yesterday reminding me to submit otherwise I wouldn't get my points.  I had submitted and received the points the same day!  I managed to cash out yesterday too with no problems.  Hopefully they'll sort your points out soon.

Looks like I'm now only missing 500 points for last weeks receipt.

Also had this email:

I have now received all of my points apart from my till receipt points for this week - not sure if I can be bothered to chase them or not.

Same! So I’m about 900 points down. I’ll give it a few more days.

Has everyone managed to get their missing points? Trying to give them long as possible but I'm still missing approx 1k points. Not huge but still annoying.

Still waiting for my missing 500 receipt points - plus I've just realised that I've not had this month's Petrol Panel points.  Based on their email I'm going to wait until after the 25th before I contact them.

Same here. I sent another email last night, only for it to bounce as undeliverable.
