    I have TV monitor, 2 laptops, 2 phones, a tablet. They try and get my son's phone on the system but Google parent controls stop the installation. He has it on his computer. They pester me a lot about why husband doesn't use either laptop but most of the time it's a pretty easy way to make money 
  • Hi, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues transmitting their barcodes to Shop and Scan, or is aware of what the status is with this company? I tried to scan as normal over the weekend, but the clicker just beeps once and then an error box comes up saying "Clicker device error executing method GetTime". I use the app on Windows 11 to transmit and nothing's changed my end, it was working fine until last week. 

    Their Facebook page hasn't been updated since June and I see that there are quite a few comments from people on there and on Trust Pilot reviews saying that they have been having trouble transmitting. I'm wondering if they might be quietly winding it all down since they've been claiming for years that they're aware the transmission process is outdated but haven't made any attempt to fix it.

    I haven't had any problems, though the last time I transmitted was Friday.
