Thank you to everyone who made suggestions about the extra stuff in the master bedroom,

OH knows each and everyone of his magazines - there's no way I can sneak any out. I think I'll just have to tell him to find a shelf to put them on. They have been stacked in front of my side of the wardrobe for years, which means all my clothes live in a pile on the floor. And I am finally beginning to lose patience. The last time I threw a massive wobbly about them, he did get rid of some. About three I think. And I'm not absolutely certain that he didn't sneak them back in again from the recycling.:D

The other suggestions, I'm definitely working on!

Cloakroom and bathroom done today. I'm out this afternoon, so just off to grab a quick bit of lunch.

    Have a good weekend everyone!

Thanks for the kind words :)

I've made a victoria sandwich and sliced it up and frozen it for DH's lunchboxes and made a sultana cake which is cooling now.

All the washing is dry and put away.

Got some loud music (Killers) to sing along to so I'm hoping that will stop me thinking.

Has there been an offer on with the Perfect Housewife book somewhere I have missed ? Everyone seems to have one!!!

I haven't! I did just try and sneak a copy in to a legitimate Amazon order (for the Spanish school doo-dah) but there is a waiting list of 4-6 weeks. Where is the secret stash?

Well done on debt repayment Pigpen

I've done very little today as i've still got to take it easy. So, when my children get in from school they've told me they're going clean the whole house, bless them and cook the tea. Could be interesting! xx

Well I feel like I had done sweet fanny adams today! DD2 had swimming today so was a case of drop dd1 at preschool, back home to pick up swimming stuff, on to swimming (plus trip to market) time to collect DD1 from pre-school.

Before we left this morning I did have a quick flick round so list goes like this:-

    Tidy girls room
    Hoover everywhere
    S & S Kitchen
    S & S Bathroom (will do now - honest!)
Trip to bank to do change of address (another form to fill in!)
Trip to market for gammon joint
    Cook above gammon joint
    BM on for bread rolls

    Outstanding jobs:-

    Sofa still needs saddle soaping
    Another ironing basket full
Girls beds need changing & matresses hoovering

As for the me time - littles are sleeping over at nannies on Saturday night so DH and I are off for a meal by ourselves:beer: , think the last time we managed that I was 6 months pregnant with DD2 who has just had her 3rd birthday! So will come in from work tomorrow, light a few candles have a lovely bath and a glass of wine! Actually I'd better figure out what I am going to wear, thats the only problem with not having a social life when something that requires more than wearing "mummy" clothing comes up its a panic:eek: !

Right off to put gammon in oven to finish off and then give the bathroom a S & S.

Well done Pigpen on the debt reduction! Hugs to all that need them and to those feeling as unmotivated as me - theres always next week:D

Back from school run and havin a cuppa - found the raspberry and almond tray bake recipe I want to make - bet I don't have all the stuff.

DS3 room is all done - book sort out still pending for the weekend.

DS1 I have hoovered it all. Bed was changed on Sunday so can wait till Sunday. If he wants his pocket money then he needs to tidy and wipe all the sides.

DS2 has had his SATs results and has done fantastic, I am so proud of him.

School Guinea Pig died this morning - I said he was not good when he was at ours on the weekend.

Right to sort out tea as DS3 has a friend home and DS2 has youth club.

Hope to still get the sewing machine out later.

Hev do you have a pink mini with a personalized number plate?

Dusty well done to your DS2 on the SATs results, enjoy your proud Mummy moment :D

Shell hope you enjoy your meal, sounds great :)

Wonder if I'll manage to get anything done this weekend, I have a massive list to plan through and pick what to do on each day, but way I feel at the mo (unmotivated and can't be ars*d) I might shrink the lists a little.

Right time for last doggy walk for me tonight (will have to wake Megan up as she's snoring her head off!) then get the boys fed and to bed. I could do with an early night, now I have some tooth stuff I might be able to get to sleep!!
One day I might be more organised...........
