Barclaycard AP removal [successful]

The O/D was reported as late as the account went overlimit and I was not paying any money in (I had very little income, and lots of other debts at the time). The month when the O/D was reported as (0) was when I paid in a £500 lump sum to clear off part of the overdraft. I eventually managed to pay off the remainder of the overdraft (~£1000) in a single payment and close the account back in 2010.
All other months I was not making any payments.
So, for the row of 3s, you were not paying in and over limit?
If so, that should have escalated to 6 and defaulted. My RBS one did.:beer:0 -

Indeed, that is correct. I did not make any payments apart from the months that the account status was reported as (0).
Also, as I recall, the account had passed onto debt collectors, so I am surprised that the account had not defaulted.0 -
If I may jump in just for a bit of quick advice, as there seems to be a lot going around!
I have an ATP marker on a Lloyds Bank current account from October 2008-January 2010
Account reads like this:
JULY 08 - 1
AUG 08 - 2
SEP 08 - 3
OCT 08 - JAN 10 - AP
The details are hazy as it was so long ago but basically I put a transaction through whilst abroad that took me over my o/d limit. I was out of the country for 4/5 months and in that time fees loaded up. On returning to the country I went into the bank and made an 'arrangement to pay', paying regular monthly amounts into the account to cover all the banks extra 'fees'.
Now seeing this as a BIG mistakeanything I can do to sort this out?
Thanks

if its sold to a DCA, that's an indicator of default also.
You need to complain, in writing to the current debt owner.:beer:0 -

But because of their mistake they would be giving me £50 for the mistake/inconvenience!! :j:j:j:j

Well I've had the £50 compensation and on checking my credit files today the amendments have been made. So all is on track to drop off next June :T

Slight update re: Capital One.
Despite them updating my credit files at the end of May; the markers are still there!
They've said they are factual correct but I've now received a letter from the Executive Office with a lady's contact details and email address.
So I'll be sending off screenshots on Monday and report back here with the outcome.
To those who've been successful, well done. And to those who've been knocked back... Keep trying... it is possible! It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -

Further update to my posting on the 11th.
Capital One have emailed me back apologising and have stressed that my account will be updated with the changes taking effect with the CRAs within the next six weeks.

Is it just me that has had no help from Barclaycard in the same circumstances then? They have said that my account has been reported correctly with AP marker for about 3 years in total never giving me a default.Official DFW Nerd number 227
