Woohoo for me Just got a taxi into the village, ran a load of errands and he popped me back. Should have been £6.60 but he said call it £6. But I gave him a £2 tip for being such a star. Can actually see some light at the end of my tunnel where I will be able to travel on my own (for the first time in 15 years) :j

I'm fair to middling I guess saz.. still got loads of crap to deal with but I'm focussing on my studies and just letting them get on with it. My life has been on hold for too long now and I don't want to be an old grey pensioner before I do anything with it, lol

However, I finished uni at 12 today and was bout to hit the library for the afternoon when I got a call from my mum demanding my presence ASAP and like a muppet I went.. and it was for nothing!!

So now I'm back home and about to start on some work

aww gilly.. I'll try to remember to turn msn on later then, so we can have a chinwag, threesome with the sazbomber might be fun

Well I do admire you keeping up with your studies... it can't be easy. But make sure you pass with flying colours coz I'm expecting you to keep me in the style to which I'm accustomed;):D

ended up with both sons off school cos of the weather, a bit of rain never hurt us when we where kids lol. truthfully a lot of the main roads are closed due to flooding, the river calder burst it banks yet again, we are lucky our house is high up and has never had flooding yet. but i was talking to a friend of my mum's this morning, and she had never suffered flooding til june of this year, now its happened again :mad: hate this weather, hope tommorrow is brighter and drier.
bizzybek, glad you got out today, and feeling more positive, well done, hope your mum is better real soon
