Shaz - sending you a big !!{hug}}. Hope you can find some time to take out of today for yourself.

Cat - I hope all goes well tomorrow.

Mum is now in excruciating pain and is worse if anything. Dr coming out this lunchtime so fingers crossed they can help in some way. Remarkably I am still feeling okay, just fustrated at some of the things I can't do such as get to the chemist on my own for prescriptions etc. Will rope in a neighbour but feel such a burden asking :S

Bizzy - Sorry to hear your mum is still in pain. Can't you have the prescription put down as delivery? I hope the Dr is able to ease some pain.

Tulip - Girl, Interrupted is a great film! Had to watch it about 3 times though so much to take in and very random at times :) My clicker from shopandscan doesnt work :( I got all excited plugged it in and nothing, will have to send it back :(

Shaz - Sorry to hear your son has been sent home from school. I want to go out today but rain is putting me off, its nasty out there! My brother and stepmum have learning and behavioural problems and as much as I love them I loved when he was at school and she was at college. It can be a huge strain both emotional and physically. Hope you dont have to wait too long for your next appointment.

Gemini - Thanks for the words of encouragement, still dreading it though. I made myself so ill last night worrying, I didnt mean to but I really dont want to go.

Dawn - I hope all works out today. I know how you feel, I lost my friends as I was too ashamed to tell them I had depression and was on medication. My only friend is my OH who, like yours has saved me many a times. I wouldnt be able to cope without him. Tomorrow is going to be hard as he can come with me to the psych appointment but has to rush home. Never mind Ill just catch the taxi back.

Cat - I went in and she said she could sense I was anxious today and asked if I was having any thoughts of harming myself or taking my life and I said no.
She then asked how counselling was going and I told her he had said something about him feeling helpless but that he was having a think for our next session.

She said that the new meds will be in my system now so if these ones work we should hopefully see that soon and to continue counselling for the moment and if we see no improvement then we do have other options available throught the mental health team.

I am now back to weekly visits to the doctors as well. Oh well at least it gets me out.

Don't think I slept more than an hour last nite. Becoming a sunday nite habit.
Then an overturned lorry on the M40 meant I got here (to work) an hour late.
So tired. I haven't done anything but surf on here. I have stuff to do but I will knuckle down after lunch break- have to!
Just got to get to hometime and some rest.

Hi and hugs to you all

Girls are gonna love the way I toss my hair. Boys are gonna hate the way I seem.

I would rather drown with you than watch the surf with someone else

:hello: everyone, and hope you're all okay.
I've been in the library all morning, and it is such miserable weather here. Raining constantly, and really dark. It almost seems as if its not properly daytime yet :( I've got some more work to do this afternoon, and I need to go to the laundrette and then I'm hopefully going to relax this evening and have an early night - I'm shattered.
to all those with flooding: i hope it doesn't affect your homes, and (HUGS) to you all.
