Bunnie1982 Sorry to hear about the bullying at work. IMO HR should have done something about your manager. It isn't fair that you've had to leave because of it. Is there anyone else you can complain to?
You say you feel like you've messed up your life. Do you want to talk about it further? If you don't mind me asking, how old are you?
Make sure you're looking after your cuts.
Are you on any medication and/or seeing a cousellor/CPN?
There was no one else I could complain to, the union rep is my father in law so all round difficult situation.
I'm 25
I'm looking after my cuts, mainly bathing and bandaging.
Not on any medication at the moment but going back to the doctors on Friday, husband is coming with me to explain what I have been like.
Made no progression today, have stayed in bed all day so fair, curled up crying for most of the time. He doesn't know what to do with me or how to speak to me. My food for the day so far has been half a bowl of rice krispies, I'm hungry but I simply just don't feel like eating.
I feel in a dark place right now0 -
Just a quick hello/goodbye/happy easter/Merry Christmas 2008 etc etc.
I'm taking some time away, my head isn't right, I don't know where my life is going, I can't accept who I am, or to be more precise, my faults (which I must have to be the way I am) and neither can anyone else accept them, so the future looks very bleak and non existant at the moment. This month will be the 16th (!!) anniversary of my partners passing and between now and March is always tough and it seems to get tougher each year.
As silly as it sounds, we all have things to lift us up sometimes and Britney is my one thing, so when things are going wrong there, it just hammers another nail into my coffin, as the the thing that cheers me up, is being destroyed. I'm still enjoying all her things, but the person behind those things is looking more and more closer to the edge. This isn't the reason for my depression, it just adds to the woes!
Anyway, take care all of you and I hope to return again in the future, if and when I start to get anywhere with my pathetic waste of life that some person who has passed, could have made more of.
Will miss you Mr M, hope you sort things out and come back soon. :kisses3:A cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition~ William Arthur Ward ~0 -

:hello: antronella My post did take quite a long time to write but I haven't posted on here for a while so thought I'd try and reply to as many people as I could
Unfortunately I don't really have any friends in day to day life. The closest person I've ever had was my Nan (she was more like a Mother) who sadly passed away a year ago.
I know I give advice to others on here. I just find it hard taking my own advice when it comes to helping myself.
How are you today? What have you been doing?
Tulip Did you enjoy your day at your parents? What did you have for lunch?
BizzyBek I'm glad that you are benefiting from using the lightbox
Other than your Mum, is there no one else that you can rely on for support? Do you have brothers/sisters or a relative that you could confide in? Do you get any support from friends?
Have you spoken to your Mum about how you feel?
Awww I love cats. Wow, it sounds like you do an amazing job helping all those sick cats. It must be so rewarding.
Thanks for the AQA link I'll have a look
queensway_boy Dihydrocodeine in tablet form doesn't appear on the controlled drugs list and therefore you don't require a licence to take it abroad. Depending on where you are going, you will need to check that dihydrocodeine isn't a banned item in that particular country. I would get the Doctor to write a letter confirming your need to take this medication. Also remember to keep the tablets in their original packaging.
feelinggood :T Well done! That's great news. You've come so far, basically you've completely changed your lifeI hope you are pleased with yourself
Horace Best of luck for the work trial tomorrow. I hope you manage to get a good nights sleep.
Glad to hear you had a good time out with your friends.
Sounds like you did a lot of shopping and got some good bargainsDid you treat yourself to anything?
I hope your eye gets better soon.
jen.eng Post as little or as much as you like
I hope your day back at work goes well.
Is your son receiving any extra support from the school re: depression?
ilovegreatdanes Sorry to hear that you're not better yet (((HUGS)) I hope you get better really soon.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY for tomorrow. I don't suppose you feel like doing anything if you're unwell. I do hope you have a lovely day though.
ecoelle :hello: I hope you are OK. If you need any support please don't be afraid to post. We're pretty nice really
Bunnie1982 Hmm so I guess the work situation cannot be resolved. It must be really difficult
You're still young, with a life ahead of you. Do you not feel that way?
I hope the appointment on Friday goes well. Maybe the Doctor will be able to help you further. Maybe medication might help you out of this dark place you're currently in.
(((HUGS))) to you. Please keep posting.
I managed to go into town for a couple of hours today. So unlike me as I usually just stay in my pyjamas all day. I bought a few items of clothing but there wasn't a great deal I liked. Everything is so expensive.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

thankyou. I'm having a crisis moment today. Back at work tomorrow and dreading it. Went down to 3 days this year to try and reduce stress but still hate work. Get to sunday and just try to think of reasons not to go. Don't know what to do0

I know once on Casualty they had a storyline where someone stole some dihydrocideine. I remember it coz my sister was taking it and got all excited as she thought it was "good".
I'm starting my volunteer work tomorrowKeep your toes crossed!

Dihydrocodeine in tablet form doesn't appear on the list
Hi again RBK
At the top of the list of drugs in your link its says:
PERMITTED ALLOWANCES FOR CONTROLLED DRUGS THAT YOU CAN TAKE ABROAD WITHOUT A HOME OFFICE LICENCE
Even methodone is'nt on that list(well i can't see it)it must be whats allowed without any paperwork, other stuff like dihydrocodeine tablets/methodone might need an home office licence,it is confusing though
