I'm not having a good night, I hate night time, I hate how nervous and twitchy I get, how even though i'm so tired I'll still be awake at 2am because i'll be too worried too sleep. How mad thoughts go round in my head and I start acting a bit odd but can't help myself. I'm hoping by coming on here for a bit it will chill me out. I love coming on to this board, it's got such a nice sense of community, I rarely feel that anywhere because I don't have many friends or hardly ever go out so it's really nice.

Dawnylou, lovely to hear from you, well done for doing so well at the wedding, you should be proud of yourself :) I know what you mean about the sleep, about a month ago I don't think I slept for more than a couple of hours a night for about a week and I felt like I was ready to drop but then my sleep kind of returned to normal, now I sleep far too much which makes me feel just as bad in some ways. I don't know what to suggest to make it easier to sleep though, nothing worked for me :( Try not to think bad of yourself hunny, you're a lovely person, you show that so much on here and your OH obviously loves you to bits. I know it's hard though, I hate how I look, dress, smell, hate everything about myself most of the time and no matter how much my OH tells me i'm gorgeous and funny, it's very hard to believe him most of the time.

Meyore, don't be sorry hun, that's what this boards for. I hope you manage to sort things out, big hugs :)

Shaz, glad you managed to get out to the cinema, I can't stand annoying teenagers ruining the movie either, I've been known to complain until they get kicked out :rotfl:

QWB - so glad your MIL is doing better, lets hope she continues to make good progress, big hugs for you and your family :)

Hello and hugs to everybody else, Katie, Rose, Tiff, BMF, Lisa, Shelby, PC, Geminilady, Juno, Fantastico (Hello and hugs to anybody else I have missed :hello:)

My friend is so concerned about me she drove round today to make sure I was alright, she even started crying and saying how she was so worried that there would be an ambulance outside by the time she got here.
See what I am doing to people??
I truly am so utterly exhausted that I will probably end up having sme sort of serious accident or other. I'm clumsy at the best of times!
Can harldy keep my eyes open. Off to bed now. See how long I last tonight :(

    Well good night...

    Well good night...

Aww hun please try not to feel bad for worrying people, you're not being like this on purpose, you're just ill. Try and take things really easy, have lots of naps if it means you are getting some sleep and try and eat plenty to keep your energy up. Big hugs, take care of yourself, night night dawny xx

Hi hayley thanks for that. We have sorted things now, in fact we're considering getting on and getting married in 2 months now. Funny how things happen. Wish I could feel a bit better about it, but thats something else entirely.

I'm glad it makes you feel better coming here it does me too. I can completely relate to the going out/friends thing. I hope you feel better soon though and in the meantime we're here for you

Thanks Meyore and i'm glad you've sorted things out, so are you going to be moving to Germany? If you ever wanna chat about the wedding, PM me, love weddings!

I'm going to watch match of the day with my OH now and then try to relax and get some sleep. I wish I could be nocturnal, I can sleep pretty easy during the day but try not to so i'm tired at night but it doesn't make much difference.

Night night hun xx (night to everybody else too xx)

Hayley hope you manage to sleep tonight, try and have a nice hot drink,I have a hot Ribena before bedtime as the warmth makes me sleepy and I sleep all night, dont drink lots of coffee though as that has caffine in and that can keep you awake for hours. My Mum puts a drop of Lavendar oil on her pillow each night to help her sleep, theres a tip for you there :)

QWB glad MIL is doing ok :)
