good news M.I.N.D got back to me i only owe a small sum, not as much as the housing benefit said. and they said they are going to try and get me out of paying that, as it was their mis-calculation0 -
Thats really good news. You can rest a bit easier tonight now, try and relax and watch the football if thats what you like. Take care Luv H0

Thanks Dawny, I'll give them a try, I love stuff from Lush so I've got an excuse to go and buy stuff from there now :rotfl: I'll see if my OH wants to go for a walk after football has finished, see if that helps any. I don't know how my body doesn't just conk (is that a word??) out because I am used to getting a good 10 hours a night and now I doubt i'm getting four
I know what you mean about thinking people will be gossiping about you, I work in a call centre as well and i've seen people around town and I know they probably think i'm lying because I don't "look" ill. Some people have even told my manager I've been going to alton towers and out clubbing etc while i've been off because i've posted on Facebook that i've been doing that but I haven't, nasty people lying about me
I've got really down in the last couple of hours, don't know why coz my OH has come home now  I'll have to find something to do to take my mind off it instead of moping around. I started entering loads of comps, did about 50 a day for a few days but I get bored of everything so easily, I went baking mad for a couple of weeks and now i've got a cupboard full of baking stuff and I can't be bothered doing it anymore
Take care x:heart: Think happy & you'll be happy

p.s. my boyfriend is a huge Liverpool so we will be cheering them on too. I've had a bet with him that he can't go the whole game without swearing :rotfl: I bet I win:heart: Think happy & you'll be happy

Hi guys
Feeling really tired and fuzzy again today, wish I could get a good nights sleep  I was going to come online last night at about 3am but I just didn't have the energy to pick my laptop up :rotfl:Had a little panic attack today, not had one for a few days, I just felt so hot and I couldn't cool down and I thought I was going to pass out and I know it wont hurt me but it's such a horrid feeling. I managed to calm myself down without scratching myself or ringing anybody which is good, :T can't usually calm myself down at all.
Anyway I'm trying to keep myself busy and not worry too much about it. I bought a Nintendo 64 and a Zelda game off ebay which came today that should keep me occupied until I go to my mums next Monday. Just have to wait for my OH to come home and set it up for me coz i just can't be bothered  :rotfl:
If anybody has any suggestions on how to get some sleep I would be so grateful!
Take care everyone x
I was like that up until 2 weeks ago  when dr up citalopram havent been able to sleep well for past 10 weeks through the night .(can be a side effect of these meds )
I felt so tired come bedtime but just couldnt sleep at all was pulling my hair out in the end :wall:
The nights seem so long ,spent most of my time on computer ,3am tv not much .
I tried various things but
I did find that a mug of warm milk before bed whenever that was helped and I had a small radio to listen to through ear plugs .
I had to get up at 7am to get dd ready for school!! and made sure I didnt sleep during the day .
I've never had such black bags under my eyes !!! _pale_
take care

Thanks Maisy-Mai, I might try listening to some music while i'm going to sleep, found a CD with relaxing music on before so that might be good. Or you can't beat a bit of celine dion

I've already faxed and posted a letter through to Sefton Council Tax about your case and their attempts to recover Council Tax from the date you left Sefton up to March 08. All I can do now is wait until they contact me or I will try them again tomorrow afternoon. They should take the account back from the bailiffs s and deal with us that was off M.I.N.D:D0
