evening all
i havent posted on here for ages, not much to tell to be honest,
im still at college three days per week although im still signed off work too depressed to go back to my carp job.
i had a meeting with occupational health and i asked to be redeployed into a new post and for monday to friday shifts only as i needed the support from my family which she agreed too. I am still waiting for that meeting.
ohhh and how could i forget.........................
i got put onto clomipramine and my hair fell out i spent 2 years growing the bloodystuff too i was well gutted but its all fluffy now as its growing back in.
im now prescribed duloxitine 120mgs daily but i havent even handed the scrip into the chemist just going to tell the dr's that im taking it cos im terrified that my leg might fall off or something (i know thats extreme but i never banked on being bald due to an antidepressant).
hope everyones well
kindest regards
and deep thought to you all

Tooties - Are you sure it was the meds that caused your hair to fall out? It can fall out from stress you see...
As for lying about taking your meds, I wouldn't recommend that - if you lie in any way it could cause problems for you later.....
At the end of the day it is up to you, but your dr will not be able to help you if you are not honest...
Wish I could do Mon-Fri! Or even just work the same time every day. I would love to have some routine to my life so I wouldn't feel so stressed out! My shifts alternate over 8 weeks from 8-4 right through to 2-10 including weekends. Some days I don't know if I'm coming or going! lol
I hope things start to look up for you soon thoughx

Oh where is Tiff??? Do we think she is ok??
Meyore - I am very very lucky as my doctor is not only female and quite young so I feel I can talk to her - but she is also very sympathetic, and maybe it is in my mind but she genuinely seems to care.
She is also very new and therefore takes more time with you and really tries, whereas one week she wasn't avaialble and I had to see another doctor and not only did I get the impression she was going to send me back to work even though I couldn't yet control myself or my emotions but she also promised to check that they psychologist got my letter to advise I wanted to remain on the list (I was worried it was lost during postal strike or delayed and missed the deadline) and apparantly she hadn't bothered.
Mentioned this to my normal doctor and she chased it up and even sent me a letter to assure me I was still on the list!
Other doctor also put wrong date on my sicknote!!!!
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Tulip - I really mean it huni! You should have had lotto on tonight with the luck you have had lately as it was a triple rollover. In the family we had over 10 lines on and never even got a tenner
Miro- the only smarties that taste any different are the orange ones. Yummy. So obviously orange. My faves. The others all taste the same, but the blue ones are def the prettiest! (Even though purple is my fave colour! lol)
Ran into a couple of people from work recently though and am a bit worried that people will now be talking about me skiving as I know I don't look ill.
Tiff has returnedBl0ody cattery wanted an extra £10 because of the damage she caused
I once had a nice 'trainee doctor' who was understanding, but she left after training
I, for the first time in years, bought a packet of smarties today :T :rotfl: The ORANGE ones do taste different :rotfl: It tastes like the chocolate is different as opposed to the shell? They've also got rid of the plastic lids with the letter on the back  :rotfl: There were no blue ones thoughI also bought some white mice :T :rotfl:
I always worried when off work and I had to go out. Narrow minded folk who think if they can't see anything, then nothing is wrong :rolleyes:0 -
Hi guys! :hello:
I hope everyone is well and safe and sound.
Sorry for the lack of tiffing over the last couple of days and indeed, all has not been great at Tiff Towers. Thanks for asking after the Tiffster and sorry for worrying you. You know something's going on if Tiff hasn't checked in- & it's not always my fault either!
As always, I was thinking of you all. Anyway, I'm here now - serves you right too!
I thought even I could 'pull' for Halloween (purrfect Tiff camouflage time!), but alas, no luck.
So the search for Mr.Tiff continues. And then, of course, there was the arrival of the fireworks!
So Tiffy advises you all to take precautions because of the fireworks starting - that will now be going off everywhere until mid-January!
Andto all our new clan members...
betterlatethannever, bizzybek, hayley11, fantastico, velocity boy, cat9586 and meyore! If I've left you out - apologies. Just jump up and down and let me know where you are.
I know the lovely peeps here will have made you all feel right at home.
Take note peeps - I'll be doing roll call this week, so either be present or send one!I'd better get on reading and replying then - sazzy'll be up by 1pm!
Be kind to yourselves guys.
Much Love,
Tiff xxx
Welcome homeFirst the cattery wanted an extra £10 and then the cat flap broke and it would only open one way - outwards  Sorry about leaving you in the cold

I'm sending ((HUGS)) to you for today Miro....Grandpa must be proud of you, particularly the values you are trying to maintain in your life. I look around at the offspring's 'friends' & dispair of good moral standards surviving till the end of this decade! One in particular has sired 2, possibly three children before the age of 23 & doesn't live with any of them.
I gotta go for now, & I'll try to catch up with you all later.
Peaceful Minds folks. BMFx
I dunno about proud, but he'd understand me more. I bet no-one else would have remembered him - grandmother gone, mother gone and my next brother down would have only been 9 - and anyway, he only cares about himself the uppity fool
I know what you mean about moral standards. I was shopping today and it seemed like every other person was effing and blinding in every sentence.
Hope you are well0 -
Speaking of smarties, the orange ones are definitely the best, the others taste the same
I've been ill for a few days now, started as a cold and now it's like a weird tummy bug, whatever is it I just feel awful and it's making me really weepy, even more so than usual.
Anyway I think i'm going to try and get some sleep because I had about two hours last night. Hope everybody has a nice day
Had some smarties today, Orange are differentTaste a bit Swissy or is it Belgian
I've been not great today, sneezing all day and very irritableHope you get better soon
