Hi, hope everyone is feeling ok today :)

I'm so tired and my heads all fuzzy. I haven't slept for more than a couple of hours for the last 4 or 5 nights, I can't sleep during the day and I've hardly been eating, I either can't be bothered to make anything or when I do I just don't want it anymore. I have no energy at all. It's strange because i'm usually very very good at eating and sleeping :rotfl:

Hopefully it's just because of the bug I had and i'll be eating and sleeping as normal soon.

    Hayley xx

    Afternoon All.
    Hope everyone is well.

I'll be !!!!!!ed when I go back to work Spikey as am getting used to going to bed at same time every night and getting up same time every morning, when I go back to work I will be working shifts and some days will work past my new bed time! lol.

Anyway had a very productive morning. Am so pleased with myself! Can't wait til Fiance gets home!
I have put away all clean clothes, washed 2 lots of clothes, sorted out my jewellery box, made the bed, washed the floor in our room and hoovered and cleaned windows in our room.

So that is one room done. I know it doesn't sound like much but my doctor says little steps :)

Also walked to PO and back as had some parcels and postcards to post :)

Back is aching, but that's me done for the day and am now rewarding myself with a fishfinger sandwich cup of tea and MSE :)

Tomorrow if I feel as motivated I think I will have a wardrobe clear out!

If I can do one big job a day and then keep on top of it then my house should be a home again by the time I go back to work!! :)

Speaking of which - my welfare visit is on Wed!! I am bricking it! lol

Techie?? Juno - you sound about as techie as me!! lol.
Only joking, easily done in a panic isn't it?
I am sure there will be some way of marking it as spam or something so you don't have to put up with it. Either way it is not worth worrying about - you have far more important things to worry about huni :)

Hayley I have been like that lately with my sleep but since my meds were doubled I am finding it easier. I realised that the reason i was waking up and unable to get back to sleep was because there was so much going on in my head. I was pushing myself too hard to get better as quickly as possible, but instead it was making me worse! Therefore when I woke up I had so many thoughts of what I was going to do and what I needed to do etc that I couldn't even zoom in onto one thought - if that makes sense? Everything was just whirling around in there just one big confused mess of whispers.
Gosh I really do sound like a crazy woman don't I??

    Sowwy all.

Right well I'm off now to have a scout around. Seeing as I have done so well with housework today I think I will go play some games :)

Love and hugs to you all!!

    Hi Dawny

No you don't sound like a crazy woman, you sound like me :rotfl:I totally get what you're saying, every morning I lie in bed feeling guilty because I have so much to do and I have no motivation to do anything. Well done for doing all that today, that really is something to be proud of :T I think I am going to go and put some washing on now, you've motivated me!! :D

I'm hoping my body's just going to collapse soon and i'll sleep for a whole day because I am that tired, I don't know how I have the energy to do anything!

Now that I've got rid of this bug I am going to start giving myself small tasks to do everyday again, I used to write down about 5 things that needed doing and then when I couldn't manage them I'd get upset thinking I was useless so I am going to be more realistic now.

    Take care x

Hayley that's what I was like, my Fiance laughs at me because I write sooooo many lists. I can't help myself! But lately I couldn't do even half the stuff I wanted to and then I was left feeling lazy and guilty for not having done them! :(

Anyway I have started to get a headache again and feel tired again - but it has cheered me up somewhat to think that I may have motivated you! That is such an achievement for me - someone who can't motivate herself! lol

The shopping just came, but will wait til Fiance gets home and we can put it away together :)

  • I moved in march and moved to a different council,( i get I.B and D.L.A. I have schitzophrenia and severe clinical depression) I was getting full housing benefit and council tax. and when i moved into the flat i am in now this council told me at first i was on full benefits, then after about 3 months the housing association told me i was in debt with my rent. I phoned the housing benefit office and they told me i had to pay money towards rent and council tax, and wanted the money i owed them. So now i am having to pay the debt back to them for C TAX and to the housing !!! for rent. Then 2 months ago i got a bill from my old council saying i owe £1,700 rent and £470 council tax, i was living there 11 months. I sent them an offer of paying £5 a week off the debt and they said it wasnt enough. I went to M.I.N.D for help and they said leave it with them and they would sort it out, they didnt and the council went to court and got an order out aganst me, So i just couldnt cope anymore and took an overdose on 27th october. while i was in hospital someone from M.I.N.D came to see me and said they would help me again. Nobody got in touch and i cant get through to them on the phone. Now today i got a letter from a bailiff dated 25th october saying tey are coming to remove goods to pay the bill! I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO
