just looking in to see how you are all doing.....not bad on the whole, so thats good.
mischief nite last nite, but was really quiet round here, so am not complaining.dont like what the young uns get up to these days.it just all seems like an excuse to vandalise everything they can.was never like that when i was young.....sound like im about a hundred years old, dont i??im only in my early 40s:eek: so not that ancient.:D was watching all the fireworks from our window and some of them were like proper display ones.dont know where they get them from.ours were on fri when dhs gran came up.all that money up in flames.....i know,im living in the wrong century:D ....
miro.....hi, im enjoying your posts.on fine form ,you are, my lad.xx
have finally caught up with a couple of shows ive been meaning to watch ,on sky+.just watched drop dead gorgious, about a schoolgirl model on weds on bbc3 or 4 at 9pm.has just started its rerun.very good.then watched last weeks waterloo rd from thursday, beeb 1 at 8pm.i always watch it ,but went to bed last thurs with migraine so have caught up now.
saw victoria wood on tv last night.shes my fave comedienne and her humour really appeals to me.dh doesnt like her and says shes as funny as cold pi**, isnt that a strange expression???
hi to all the new posters as well.
anyway,ttfn.love ilgd xx
I'm 31 and agree with youFireworks are a waste of money. Last year, 3 of us just went to a display for a fiver each and was more about getting out than the fireworks. The other 2 loved them, I thought - woopee doo! :rotfl:
I'm always on fine form:rotfl: I'm the funniest person I know - that isn't me saying i'm funny, just everyone I know is really dull :rotfl: They really are. My humour doesn't go down well with most people :rotfl:
I don't watch much TV - music, sport and maybe the odd thing here and there - depends what flatmate watches - Victoria Wood was kinds funny in dinner ladies, but apart from that - agree with your husband :rotfl:

I think i've done most of my Xmas shopping. Got a little to get for my flatmate plus the Xmas/Boxing days meals, but apart from that, i'm done :j
Not sure about the colour? Would Tiff prefer Green?
Silver or Gold frame, Tulip?
Is this a good enough pose of this 'Great Dane' for ilovegreatdanesIt had better be as it's her Christmas present and took me 30 seconds to find on google search :T
Hope everyone is well, i'm a tad nervous about Wednesday and my 'meeting' with my potential work placementOh I so hope 'S' still doesn't live there
Hope we all had a satisfying Monday and that Tuesday brings many pleasures

Morning----I'll not shout cuz hopefully the ones who need the zzzzz are still at it;)
Has anyone seen AndiPandi around the site? Just don't know why I've been thinking about it....& then there's Rose, Sazz, RBK, the 2 Poppy-ops......loads of 'em MIA....most disconcerting.
QWB is quiet too, perhaps folk are out getting their '3 for 2' & BOGOF before they end.
Looks like a new house phone is on my letter to the Man in Red this year, cuz it wasn't the line at all:o We've got a 'blue stripe' [value label!]for now, but me muvva called this morning, & I was upstairs & the phone down; I'd forgotten how damned annoying that is!
The sun is out but it's very definately nippy out there, & thankfully nothing to report on the knees. For newbies, my left knee aches when rain is around in the next 24 hrs, & my right for the next 2-3hrs!
Hope 'Miew'sday is a good day for us all. Peaceful Minds folks. BMFxFull time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.

Jon, have you phoned the Baliffs as Tiff said? It does help to keep them informed of YOUR position, cuz they only get the other side of the story. Plus the resulting bad press when they act upon a "vunerable person" will do them no favours at all.
I hate bl88dy local authorities......why don't they chase the serial non-payers who have no intention of settling their debts! Everyone duck NOW cuz I is gunna BLOW....Full time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.

What would you like for crissie Miro? Don't say the B word, cuz I haven't got a passport to go get:p
I'm sending you a virtual hand hold for your adventure this week but I'm sure you will be very professional about it, & a BIG((((((:grouphug: )))))) for when you get home afterwards.:D Take care Miro-my-man

So much I want to say to all of you!More next time.
I mentioned that it had been a bit of a rough time here at Tiff Towers recently and I deeply appreciate your support - thank you guys.I promise to open up about it later.
This thread is a little place of magic. I read of people's heartaches and pain and yet almost immediately, these same people are turning round and helping other people who come here!It gives us hope to know that, at least here, there are people who will understand how we feel. You're always there for each other guys, doing your best to stop someone from falling down, and helping them up if they do. It's a wonderful thing to see & I'm privileged to know you all. I stand back and look around me and sadly, I see some bad qualities in both children and adults. The bad ones are easier to see than the good ones. Yet I am determined to believe there are more good people than bad. Well guys, if this is how a depression thread can make us feel, then I feel sorry for those peeps still getting nowhere on their hamster wheels.
I just wanted to let you know that you're all precious to so many and each one of you is unique. Keep up the good work guys.
And before you ask - no, Tiff is not getting soppy in her old age!
Tut - I nearly forgot one very important shout out...
Ooooh miro dear... come and have a little chat with Tiffy!
Be kind to yourselves guys.
Much Love,

Hi Maisy Mai
I'm in a very similar situation, I also have panic attacks, hate crowds or loud people and i'm scared of leaving the house on my own. I've been off work for over 2 months now and work are bringing me in for a formal meeting with HR, even though my doctor has told me I can't go back to work, I don't know what they expect me to do
I can't advise on the medication unfortunately, I've only been on meds a few days, taking 20g of citalopram. Some advice I got on here, is to try them because they affect different people in different ways
Take care hun x:heart: Think happy & you'll be happy
I :heart2: my doggies
