I distract myself by doing puzzles, i CANNOT watch the news or read anything sad as it makes me worse, so yesterday morning i watched Balamory (BBC2 6am, and yes its for tiny-tots).

I hate sad things too and try to avoid them.

Sadly, my flatmate loves CSI, Bones and every other murder program going.

I can't see what's so entertaining about death, but hey

    What's the story in Balamory....:rotfl:

I was too scared to watch sad, violent or even sci-fi/fantasy stuff last time I was ill beacuse I was scared it would come true, or put ideas in my head. Do you get my meaning?

Anyway, this time it doesn't effect me like that-I almost enjoy the crying at sad stuff. And even happy stuff. The mind is pretty bizarre I think.

Could have been worse, at least there no more zero's on the end of the charge!!

That is what I am worried about, something was said when I had to see a different doctor, can't even remember what, but it implied she wouldn't be staying :( I feel like I rely upon her so much and if she wasn't there I would have to start all over again with another doctor!

Yes I keep telling everyone! Orange smarties are waaaaaaaaaaay yummier than any other colour! I believe they no longer contain blue smarties because of the additives in them?
Don't know about the lids - I could never work out why they had a letter on them to start with! :rotfl:

With work, because I work in a call centre there is always a lot of gossiping going on. Because of this I feel that while I am not there I may be the topic of such gossipping - especially because I know I look ok. I think at the end of the day it all comes down to the fact that I feel guilty for being off work more than anything else.
I have my welfare visit tomorrow though so hope that goes ok.

Never had to have anything like this before - never been off for such a long time before!

    Anywaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay....
    Where is MY prezzie?? :(

If there were any more zero's Tiff wouldn't be leaving the cattery anytime soon :D

I hate starting over again - they have all your details etc but they want you to start again :(

Do blue smarties have different additives then? I think the lids were just as an interest for kids - well, it interested me :rotfl:

I used to work in 2 call centres and usually full of middle aged busy bodies or young girls. Horrible places to work and I used to get in lots of trouble for standing up for myself and others when I heard the gossiping. Because I'm really big, if I don't have a permanent smile, people think I look aggressive and make judgements, so when I do get annoyed I look like i'm going to slap someone into next week, when all I intend to do is tell them to back off (or I will slap them into next week :rotfl: ) The warning makes all the difference :D - so the gossipers/bullies get away with it anyway as i'm considered the aggressor  .

Good luck with your home visit :T

    7_orange.jpg

5 minutes to grab as many orange smarties as you can - merry xmas!!!! :T

Anyone else have any more requests? :rotfl: Santa Miro is here :D

I just don't find sad stuff 'entertaining' having led a life full of death and sadness.

Like you, I think if I watch it, that Karma will hit me and something will happen - not like I need much help in obtaining sad things though :o

    Right, off to bed :D

I may pop on in the morning before my 'meeting' if i'm looking for distractions (no moonies please :o )

I just have a bad feeling about tomorrow.

What happens if I bump into 'S'?

A - Punch her in the nose
B - Shout alot of expletives at her
C - Tell her my new girlfriend is so good in bed, that 'her walking away was the best thing ever (not that I have a new g/f)
D - Tell her Britney says hi
    E - Smile & patronise
F - Say and do nothing
    G - Stare and grunt
H - Start making animal noises and tell her the yellow smarties are evil
I - Run away as fast as I can screaming 'she's trying to brainwash me'

Ahhhhhh, i'll probably find out tomorrow what i'll do if i'm unfortunate enough to bump into the self centred piece of excrement.

Happy Wednesday all  May the day bring you lots of joy.
