Thats the anxiety its uncontrollable sometimes. In the end I had to force myself to watch/read that sort of thing just to prove to myself it wasn't going to come true.
Just got to try and remain positive which is very easy to say but not easy to put into practise. Good people and good behaviour don't get rewarded and its not fair. He who shouts the loudest and all that. I'm talking s**t sorry.:heartpuls:heartpuls

Right, off to bed
I may pop on in the morning before my 'meeting' if i'm looking for distractions (no moonies please)
I just have a bad feeling about tomorrow.
What happens if I bump into 'S'?
A - Punch her in the nose
B - Shout alot of expletives at her
C - Tell her my new girlfriend is so good in bed, that 'her walking away was the best thing ever (not that I have a new g/f)
D - Tell her Britney says hi
E - Smile & patronise
F - Say and do nothing
G - Stare and grunt
H - Start making animal noises and tell her the yellow smarties are evil
I - Run away as fast as I can screaming 'she's trying to brainwash me'
Ahhhhhh, i'll probably find out tomorrow what i'll do if i'm unfortunate enough to bump into the self centred piece of excrement.
Happy Wednesday all  May the day bring you lots of joy.
Hey there miro,
Wish you all the best for it,I hope shes just not there and it all goes smoothly for you.
I'd go with F probably, although E looks rather tempting
Take care Xx:heartpuls:heartpuls

Had a really rough night, just did not sleep well at all.
All I could think about was my welfare visit and what the outcome would be!
Today I am very tired and emotional. I have no motivation, and yet again feel like I am back to square 1.Dream of being mortgage free....

Anxiety can get out of control. I wouldn't force myself to watch anything though as I know it would make me more angry.
I think good people get rewarded in the end. The loud people's rewards don't last and even though it seems like they get more, it never lasts as they are greedy and stuff it all up.0 -
