    Hi all,

Haven't posted for a while, but I've been lurking & making sure everyone's ok.

I've been feeling lots better lately, and felt a little guilty about posting here when I'm so 'up'. But then I realised how much it lifts me when I see that someone on here is having a good day.

I still haven't conquered the 'booze thing', but I'm taking my counsellor's advice & trying to have just a couple of evenings a week without drinking. I managed to get through last night without a drink :j - I was so busy catching up with housework that I didn't even notice til about 10pm). :D Then I just told myself it was too late to open a can of cider, as I wouldn't finish it before bed, and it'd be a waste! :o I was going to try and go without tonight again, but I automatically had a drink with tea. I'm not going to get upset about it though. Just try another night instead.

QB - I sent you an email. Hope everything's ok?

RBK - glad you're home again. Hopefully things will start to improve for you now - you soooooooo deserve it hun.

(((((hugs))))) to anyone who needs them tonight.

    xx

Hey Tiff, Morning. I am here. Been awake since 4am!!

Am having some problems at work that our really stressing me out and trying to figure out what to do about them. Just don't know at the moment, but am really worried they are going to sack me. Not sure what I will do if they do. We have a baby on the way and no one else will employ me in my current situation. Can't afford not to be working and won't get my maternity pay then either. Arrggghhhhhh!

    Anyway, how are you Tiff?

    Hi folkes,

Major PC issues are keeping me quiet. Nasty virus on my betting PC. It's been running a scan from AVG for over 24hrs now!!!! About 20% left. This software better actually kill them after and not just offer me the chance to purchase the s/w after ALL this. The 1st site I used, scanned then asked me to buy their software (which I didn't) - and it then installed AdWare itself!!!!

    Very tired.
Sleep is all over the shop.
I've got my interview tomorrow so I hope I wake up more alert than last couple of days. Although I haven't shaved for 6 day and that makes me sluggish too (g/f likes me as Grizzly Adams).

I'm in a funny perculiar mood. Think I'm slipping down a bit. Mite just be coz I'm tired though.

    Take care of yourselves.
Hugs and handshakes to you all
    xxxxxxxx

    Hi gilly!:hello:
Sending you this as an alarm call hun.:D Good luck angel with the interview.:T :A
Sorry to hear about your pc, gilly. It's amazing how dependant we become on them.;)

Just wanted to say please look after yourself hun and if you're worried, please go see the dr. You're precious and unique gilly - and you're the only badger in MSE captivity as far as I know!:D ;)
Let us know how you get on sweetheart.hug.gif

I'm sorry you're having problems with work hun.headrub.gif
You can't help being ill angel! It may be a good idea to visit CAB sweetheart so that you know where you stand.;)

Most important of all is your health angel! I know money must be a worry and I hope it will be one of those times where things happen for a reason and it works itself out.

Me hun? I'm all right angel - it's the rest of them!:D ;) Please look after yourself and keep us posted ok?hug.gif

Have just had a look at the CAB website and it seems that as I haven't been employed for a year yet (didn't start work until 4th October last year) I will not be able to sue them for unfair dismissal. They also only have to give me a weeks notice or a weeks pay! Arrrggghhhh.

Looked at what times CAB are open and it is all the time I am at work. I might be able to sneak off in my lunch break and phone them tho, so am going to take the phone number with me.

The worst thing is I now know what my manager and my colleagues think about me and are saying about me behind my back. It is more frustrating that a lot of things in the report are completely untrue (and I have evidence to back it up), but as I came across the report by accident, I don't know if there is anything I can do.

    Morning all

Day off today  so hoping to have a good one and get some jobs done.

Feeling a bit up and down this week, one minute i'm fine, next minute i'm sad, its better than feeling constantly down though.

Hope everyone has a good day
    best wishes

    Hi zippy!:hello:
    How are you today hun?
Hope the day off went well angel.;)
It's kind of sad when you look forward to your day off to get some jobs done - I've been there more than once!

I just want to say that I think it's great that you are able to recognize the lifts in your mood when they come and that you're able to see the bigger picture. I hope the ups become more frequent for you angel. :T :A
    Take care sweetie.hug.gif

    Hi hun!
I see what you mean angel.

Maybe you should be looking at taking a different tack with this hun? If they're being nasty and are accusing you of things that aren't true, to the point where you feel you can't go back there, you may be able to look at claiming unfair dismissal.;) Did you have any chance to reply to the report hun?

I didn't know you were having problems with them angel or anything about a report. It doesn't matter imho, how you came across the report - hang on to it hun and send/give a copy to CAB. I'm not a professional flis, but they are.;)

I bet you're feeling the stress after all you've been through recently sweetie. Please look after yourself and baby first.

It may also be worth seeing your gp and telling them about the work situation and how much it's upsetting you with whatever they've said in the report. This can obviously affect your health and it may help your cause to have made your dr aware of it all. Hope this helps a little angel.hug.gif

:hello: Karrie :hello: Bless him eh :p How are you doing hun? What have you been up to?

I am fine thanks RBK. Got an interview with a recruitment agency tomorrow. You know how bad I was a few months ago, well, I am nowhere near that anymore but I have my ups and downs. I still run everyday which helps and am thinking of doing a 5k run  I emphasise THINKING of doing one.

    Hope you are well.
