Ok angel. The medication is meant to help you. You need, imho, to call your dr and explain what's going on. They may well tell you to take a different doseage, if the one you're on atm, isn't doing enough. And that might very well help.
I know how you're feeling hun - trust me! But you know hun, there is nothing wrong with asking for more help.
What you're going through now sounds like our friend 'black-andwhite thinking'...
You don't know that what the dr says won't work with the meds.
You don't know that there's no point in trying
You don't know that you can't be helped.
You don't know that you'll feel bad about asking for more help, especially if it does help.
You're worth the effort of trying hun so please call the dr. It could make all the difference.

Thanks. The doctors is closed now. I'll try and go to the doctors tomorrow.
I'm tapering of my antidepressants at the moment.
I've been prescribed a short course of diazepam. It'd help if I could take double the dose, but in reality, that isn't a good idea is it? I've already got three addictions that I'm trying to battle, and I can see myself developing another one.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

Hey Honey,
I was on anti-depressants for about 6 months back in 2002. I was bloody a mess as the pills made me act like i was 3yrs old. I had to make Rather a lot of apologies to a lot of people many didn't accept my explanations and i thought they were my friends. Any how i have managed to stay off the pills for ages now. I really get depressed more in the winter but since my Mum died 2 Years ago i just have coped at all and i haven't even began to deal with her death.
What i want to say to you is that i have managed to get through by taking St Johns wort and eating Bananas every morning as they help and walking at least 30 Min's a day can help too.
I also sit and do crosswords as they are a good distraction from they real world.
I'm going to watch Ugly Betty on E4 in a minute. Take care and I'm thinking of you all. Good night and Sweet dreams.

Hi miro!:hello:
Nice to hear from you angel :T - how's stuff?
Stuff is- :rotfl: - Not so bad at the moment. Nothing happening, been spending all my time on Britney
If only she knew who I was and how great we would be for each other
:rotfl:
Are you trying to imply that I'm an elderly Tiff or that I haven't got a life? What I want to know is...
Who told you?!!!
Don't be daft hun - you post as well as anyone does. :T
You care about everyone and you've got a good heart - I hope you'll try and post as much as you can hun, though we all know how tough those low points are.:o
You are far more thorough than meI'm not very good with the old emotional stuff. My way of trying to cheer someone up is through humour or buying something. I'm poor with words as I mean well but it always comes out wrong
Your replies are far more involved and sensible than anything that I could muster as i'd keep messing up
Your replies are gratefully received by us all
You shoulda stopped at ''she wears clothes'' hun! :rotfl:
       :eek:NOOOOOOO!!!Well, not smarties anyway!
SmartiesBritney would buy me smarties
Ok. As you came back and you've done your time in the naughty corner, I'll give you a treat (no, not that!:D ) - now this is a one-off okay angel?;)
I can't believe I'm doing this!:o
There - maybe that'll help cheer you up.;)
Look after yourself hun. Take care.
Much Love,
Tiff xxx

I've never lost my sense of humour, only some don't get it :rotfl: Strange as it sounds, I focus on Britney who cheers me up (amongst all the bad things with her right now) She never fails to cheer me up :T
Hope you and the great danes are well :T0 -

Sorry I haven't been around, work has been hectic. I'm afraid I might be losing one of my favourite old ladies soon, her dementia is far too advanced for her to be here :S. Why is it the nice ones that fail so quickly and the crabby ones just keep on?
Sorry to hear about the old lady
Crabby? :rotfl:
They say the good die young, so maybe it's the same the other way, the spiteful/annoying live forever?0
