  I had been doing so well on my diet until I started my meds. I thought my trousers were getting a bit tight. So when I got undressed to have a bath I jumped on scales and have put half a bloody stone on in just over 2 weeks!!
Please someone send me some willpower to keep away from the nice fattening things I find in the cupboards.0 -
Sorry to hear about your dieting issues consnmattsmom. I had to be very careful when starting my antidepressants - they not only increase your appetite, they slow your metabolism down!
Its managable at the moment, but I've got to be stricter than I was before to achieve the same results.
Exercise is good tool - not only can it help your mood, it'll help with weight loss!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
Thanks feeling good. I am considering joining a gym as I know its good for you and relaxing. Thing that stops me is having to leave ds in the creche and going alone.
I already do plenty of walking with the dog and up and down to school.
Gonna have to give myself a slap when I get to the cupboard. :rolleyes:0 -
