The game I got from Play.com is fantastic It will take me a while to master it,but the first go I did really well anyway and I have a users guide to help me to get me started The Graphics are amazing and I cannot fault the game at £6.99.This game is normally £19.99

watching Torn tonight as its the last one .Its been so good the last 3 wednesday nights that I will miss it its on ITV1.

Evenin! How's the day been for you all?

We had fun....me muvva & I had just finished lunch & I was queuing for the tea when the fire alarm went off...& we had to evacuate:eek: I started tittilating my hair & straightening my outfit, ready for the :drool: firemen:drool:[wilt/swoon]:drool:
I didn't get to see any cuz they went round the back.....hang on...:mad:..WHO TOLD THEM I WOULD BE THERE? ILGD? Dawny? TooooooLIP---was it you? I heard a rumour you did a smartie raid yesterday & they haven't had time to get some more:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Rose, I hadn't realised you have had to go through so much pain, & I believe you're not yet 30---not that age has anything to do with it. I'm waffling now, cuz I don't know what I can say to help you, other than I'm not intending to go any where. I would suggest contacting one of the charities that are specifically geared up to help victims of sexual assault, if you haven't already, & see if they can offer you some sort of support.
SF, might be an idea to research the help available now, while you feel brighter. Then it will be in place & easier to access if things should become darker. If you're anything like me, the demons begin in the middle of the night; everywhere else is quiet & still, & all the friends who have said 'phone me when you feel like that' are snoring gently.

I've been at work again today doing some cleaning as a favour for one of the supervisors. It was strangely fun, although some customers are weird.

Other than that, I'm OK. I phoned my CPN today, and she's referred me to a counsellor so I'll hopefully be seeing them soon. And I've been really happy recently.

Felt almost like a normal person today!
I woke up absolutely exhausted and ready to sleep some more but the pups were having none of it.

I made a list of things I would do last night before bed - and to be honest I wasn't hopeful of even getting dressed.
But not only did I wash, brush my teeth AND dress - but I also walked to the post box and back! I took the pups with me

When I got home I swept the porch and washed the floor.
I know it doesn't sound like much - but considering I have only been getting off the couch to go to the loo pretty much for the last 3 weeks or whatever!

AND I baked some cherry and coconut flapjack while I was feeling motivated. Wanted to do some more baking but started to feel low again for some reason so I stopped there.

But all in all a much more productive day!

I am going to do a little list and do just a teeny bit of housework every day and also some baking or cooking every day as I very much enjoy that.

However tomorrow is half price listing day on Ebay so I might channel all energy on that tomorrow!

Thank you everyone - I have no doubt that today has been so much better because I spoke out yesterday and you all reached out to me!

Well we are in contact again i was upset because my texts were ignored for a fourtnight.I was worried he was ill as he has heart probs but apparently he was in the usa for work and said he told me he would have no phone contact while there.He did not tell me at all i may be menapausel but i would have remembered.I will give him the benafit of the doubt as he has mental health problems himself but i think the friendship is not as important to him as it is me.I am struggling at the moment feel nobody cares about me.I know depression can make you feel that way but nobody does really not in the way i need.

Gem hun, I know it's no substitute, believe me I do, but we care about you here a great deal. I know this is a situation you have struggled with for a long while and I dearly hope you can find a way through it that brings you peace of mind, someway, somehow. Thinking of you and sending you the biggest hugs I can muster.....

hiya everyone

Guess who can't sleep :rolleyes:

Daughter still hasn 't been moved.. lots of to-ing and fro-ing yesterday with people dashing around like headless chickens cos no one knew what was happening.. finally at 6.30pm we got a definite answer and she's moving today (thursday) - car is booked for 10am. She's very moody and stroppy and I feel bad because she's just in a normal children's ward and they aren't geared up to deal with someone with her kind of problems and they're so busy as it is, I feel so bad when she acts up and they have to run round after her when they've got little babies that are seriously ill and who need care.

Dunno why I can't sleep.. gave up in the end and came down for a little while, gonna go and try again in a min cos I am shattered, I just can't seem to settle.

Thanks everyone for the kind words.. and Gem.. you're worth 100 of him.. there is someone out there for you.. it's just a matter of being patient enough to find him :grouphug:

Geminilady - I do know what you mean.
At work there is bound to be a lot of gossip about why I am on the sick at the moment, and a few people will already know anyway as all the tell tale signs were there for some time.
However I am feeling a bit let down that the few people I work with that I class as real friends have not really been in contact at all.
Not even a birthday text.
So not only was my birthday not remembered but also they don't seem to care about how I'm getting on.

Also an old friend from college who I don't see much of any more hardly ever replies to my texts and always turns down invitaions by me and she also forgot my birthday. Do I mean nothing to her anymore?

But I'm trying hard not to let it get to me.

I have been washed, brushed my teeth and dressed today - but am going to concentrate on Ebay as much as I can today.
