    Quick hello

I hope everyone is getting by, at the very least.

    I'm still breathing.

I'm not feeling too great at the moment - mentally and physically.

As the summer disappears I tend to get down even more, not that I like summer. I'm just miserable and don't like anything - well virtually anything.

Been feeling ill and bad stomach for a few days now.

I'm waiting for Britney to call. Y'know, so we can live happily ever after and both of us forget all our troubles and be great together, la-de-da.

If only she knew what she was missing in her life - ME!!!!!! :)

Hi Miro Nice to see you posting i did read your post before it was edited as i am a night owl,was going to say hi but you were going to bed.If your stomache does not improve go see the doc,i know what you men can be like for not going when you should. If you have been reading the board you will see lots of us are feeling worse i think the weather does have something to do with it and it is worse as we hardly had any summer.I hope you know you are always welcome here no matter how long you leave it between posts. We may not be able to wave a magic wand and find you someone but we can listen and empathise and remember nobody on here even knows what you look like so it is not your body beautiful we like lol its the person you are.I do understand what you were saying and it can work the other way some people can look at a person who is not very attractive and not even bother to look for the person inside, such is life, take care Miro.

fg - well done for seeing the dr before stopping any meds hun.:T We should never just stop a med without checking. As for the CPN situation angel, ask your dr to jot down everyone who is involved in looking after you, and their phone numbers.;) hug.gif

I didn't bother making an appointment - there really isn't any point unless the CMHT have got in touch. With the postal strike now, there will be an even bigger delay.

I phoned the CMHT to ask for an update, and the woman on the phone was really huffy, made me feel pretty bad. I didn't think it was too much to ask, I mean the woman said she'd call me back in a week, and its been three with no contact. I just want to know if they've decided my fate so I can take action.

I'm a bit all over the place at the moment. I need more support, I'm getting an awful lot of horrible, intrustive thoughts, and a lot of self-harming urges. I've managed not to do anything yet, but I don't know if that'll last. Last time it was pretty bad, I had a horrible trip to A&E where they made me feel like I was wasting thier time and was pretty much sent on my way, so thats not an option. I can't talk to my husband about it as it upsets him too much, which makes me not want to seek help, because then he'll know that I'm wanting to hurt myself again.

Luckily its easy to remember who is involved in my case - just me. I've got a GP who won't prescribe anything and has refered me to the only place she can. I've had an assessment with the CMHT who chances are won't help me - last time I saw them they wouldn't.

Just not sure what to do.

Edit - well the CMHT just phone back, and she can't find my paperwork. Have to wait till the woman who assessed me is back on Monday - hopefully she'll know where it is. That doesn't sound good.

Edit again - just phoned my the doctors, but my doctor isn't there, so really nothing can be done. Sod waiting for an appointment, I'm not going to continue taking the medication. I feel I've got to do something. Can't really make things any worse.

Enjoy your shopping later Katie :) I used to love food shopping - not so much now that I'm on a diet!

Thanks for mentioning the washing, I've got to finish some drying off. I washed my coat the other day, and wore it yesterday - it smelt really nice walking home lol.

How did you get on with the game yesterday? I'm a bit bored of my current computer games, and your one sounds interesting - would you recommend it?

Nice to see so many smiles in your post :)

Welcome Maisie----hope you've locked up your blue smarties, or Tiff will be after them!

Miro! When Brit phones, can you ask her to bring Kurt Russell for me, & we can do a foursome down to the social club for the bingo:rotfl: :rotfl:

FG.....'people' keep losing my paperwork all the time, especially the benefits section of the local authority. I ask for a receipt now if I give them anything.......:naughty:Don't let snotty receptionists put you off either----when you think about it, it's the Doctors who have the patients:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: boom boom!

My knees are a bit creaky, the left is definately verging on a twinge. Me muvva's got one of those washer/dryers now, but I remain tumble-less, so the chinese laundry has moved in again for the winter:D It's a real mine field this year, now we have p-u-p taking my :silenced: :shhh: unmentionables from the lower rungs of the airer & running through the house :shocked:with gi-normous barrage balloons trailing from his jowls & billowing like a pair of zeppelins:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Now that I've put you off your dinner... you can imagine the look on the poor milkman's face when p-u-p tried giving him my damp underwear! Didn't get me pinta any cheaper tho':D

    Peaceful Minds folks. BMFx

I've had trouble with the benefits people too - they lost 4 months of my sicknotes, so lost out on just over £1000. That would've come in handy!

At least I know its not some personal attack, suppose there are incompentant people in every office.

Hope you are in as jolly a mood as your post suggests!
