A very good idea. Wouldn't it be interesting if TNC's application was made after the 13 February?

My thoughts exactly, also it would mean that they are in serious breach of the BPA Code of Practice by not allowing appeals, and I think pofa 2012

TNC have 'form' for sharp practice we've seen on here over the years, including getting DVLA data for a non-AOS scumbag PPC.

It looks as though TNC are members of the Credit Services Association as well if this is them but I thought they were 'TNC Collections'?

    Company: TNC Management Ltd
Services: Consumer Debt Collection, Business to Business Debt Collection, Court Action, International Collections, Bailiff & Process Serving, Tracing, Utility Debt Collection
    Region: Midlands

So if they are members, a complaint is deserved to the CSA as well, regarding utter contempt for the applicable law and the keeper's right to appeal in this sort of issue.

What with their history with getting data for a non-AOS member, and now current non-compliance with POFA, non-compliance with CSA CoP and non-compliance with the BPA CoP, it begs the question WHY are the DVLA still issuing data to them?

Hi, thanks all for the Feedback and advice. I will spend this weekend writing up two letters, and 2-3 emails of complaint to BPA, DVLA and CSA.

Will keep all updated with any response.

Refusal to enter or offer ADR removes keeper liability.
    Be happy...;)

Really? How do you reckon that? Keeper liability under POFA is independent of whether POPLA is involved or even whether the PPC is a member of BPA Ltd or another AOS. POFA doesn't even require that there is any appeal mechanism let alone the option of referral to an 'independent' body like POPLA.

just received another reminder exactly same letter, same date on the letter but different 'our reference number' - same PCN number.

Just sent letters off to all relevant bodies.
