I suspect those 24/7 numbers will be back with the Injuns.

You need to persevere with the number I posted if you want to speak to someone who can actually do anything more than give you platitudes. Think about it......an English account management person with any level of seniority is only going to be working 9-5 Mon-Fri.

has anyone received a paper copy of their 'Hi5' account since the new cards were issued? and if so, is it showing the up-to-date cashback?

My old account migrated on the 14 July and with me the cash back disappeared. As we know they are investigating but I sent a complaint
to their customer service and within 2 hrs they phoned me back. They apologised and as a goodwill gesture they credited my account with my cash back rather than having to wait.
I phoned them to do this also and he was very polite (etc) but I didn't get the 'goodwill' credit of my cashback. We agreed the facility to claim will be on my next statement (i.e. the first produced for the new account) which makes sense. If the cashback is a no show then I will ask for the manual credit as well as a goodwill payment.

Not yet as only just migrated on 9th July. Surely the transactions themselves can be used to evaluate a claim for cashback though?

Was told cashback would be fixed on this months statement. It wasn't. Another £50 credit.

Considering I was the first (I think) to get the £50 payment and double cashback, I'm feeling quite unloved now ... :o

Did you submit a complaint about your cashback being wrong?

Yes, and I was just told "it'll be corrected next month" with no offer of compo. I did then ask about manually crediting the cashback but they just said they can't do that because it's already in the process of being fixed.

This month my cashback was right, all but about 3p short. Can't really complain about that ...

I cannot see any cashback credits for the AMEX card. Is this a general fault?

I have sent a secure message, but all I got was an apology. Would it be worth re-sending as a complaint?

Yes submit a complaint. But you then need someone to do more about it than apologise.
