My old account migrated on the 14 July and with me the cash back disappeared. As we know they are investigating but I sent a complaint
to their customer service and within 2 hrs they phoned me back. They apologised and as a goodwill gesture they credited my account with my cash back rather than having to wait.has anyone received a paper copy of their 'Hi5' account since the new cards were issued? and if so, is it showing the up-to-date cashback?.....under construction.... Yes, and I was just told "it'll be corrected next month" with no offer of compo. I did then ask about manually crediting the cashback but they just said they can't do that because it's already in the process of being fixed.
This month my cashback was right, all but about 3p short. Can't really complain about that ...0 -
