What is the functionality on the 'request cashback' feature meant to be like? I see this button now appears - but not under my 'recent transactions' page - on my latest statement online (showing 0.00 cashback however) Moreover it is a pale colour tab - indicating that it won't link when clicked.
Is it pale simply because the system has me showing nil cashback only - thus there is nothing yet to claim?
If accrued cashback has dissappeared (as appears here) how long before it get reinstated to its previous amount?
(I know I can just ask Barclaycard of course)
Thanx.....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0 -
Anyone else had any trouble with their High 5 accounts and incorrect anniversary month cashback? My anniversary month was the last before switchover to the new cards but seems they only paid me 2% on my top 5 transactions!0

they really are making a mess of things nowadays.
they have taken my DD this month even though I had cleared the balance in full. perhaps the new T&Cs are different. but i haven't had them. and, as usual, barclaycard.co.uk was indicating that the DD to be taken was £0.00. i am now nearly £5500 over my overdraft limit:eek:0 -

I'm just curious do I have the same level of protection with my old visa card than with the amex one?
some people say amex is not a credit card is there something i should be aware of?0 -
New Amex Foursquare offers have just been announced. Is the Barclaycard Cashback Amex eligible?
It appears that partner issued Lloyds, MBNA and TSB cards are eligible.0
