My Hi5 account now shows up as the Amex/Visa cashback (but I have yet to receive the cards).

My total cashback for the year was credited to my July statement. However, this was the anniversary month for the Hi5. Interestingly, my July statement shows my existing card as "cancelled", yet it still works fine.

Does anyone know if I am still eligible for the Hi5 anniversary 4% cashback. Somewhat unlucky for it to change this month. I've not yet received the new cards or updated T&Cs, so I assume the old Hi5 terms apply (until I receive these things)?

Interestingly, my balance currently shows as £0.00, and my available balance is my credit limit, despite not yet paying my bill.

    Hi guys,

I've moved over form the previous High5 Barclaycard Cashback card (the grey one) to the new account this month, but all of my previous cashback from my old card has disappeared?

Is anyone else having this issue?

    Thanks,

    Tom. :)

We've got exactly the same problem. I emailed them and they have said they are working on it but could tell me exactly how much cashback Im owed.. Have to wait and see I suppose

Following a couple of secure messages, Barclaycard is indicating that it can offer the following in cash back:

    - £50 as compenation for the loss of benefits from Mastercard and

    - £30 for the inability to provide double cash back to me for 6 months (instead of the additional £50 that I requested).

I have rejected this offer so far because I do not believe the £30 is high enough.

Barclaycard has now pushed this issue to the Customer Relations Team who should reply within 5 to 7 working days.

I would be grateful for any thoughts with regards to how I should handle any correspondence from the Customer Relations Team?

    Thanks

July statement now up. £15 welcome bonus is there, this months cashback works out about right for the double as promised, and the previous months seems to be in the total properly too, although the online statement for last month is still wrong. All appears fine.

So far I'm up over 300, including the double cashback, the various CS credits etc.

Well done £300 is a great amount. I too have received the £15 and double cashback which is about right, lets hope they get it right for all of us!!!

July statement: £15 welcome bonus, and showing Amex 0% and Visa 0.5%, but my cashback seems to me approximately correct (approximately being that it seems to be slightly higher than 2% for Amex and 1% for Visa, even allowing for rounding). The cashback doesn't seem to be removed when credits come in, either.... Anyone else found this?

Cashback calculated on July statement seems to be correct (double cashback), however looking at last two statements I still have no cashback for May and a lower amount that I should have for June.

BUT, my total cashback to date for this year is way above what it should be based on the statement figures. Just requested to receive this (while I'm up).

Also I noted a lone Mastercard transaction on the statement from a subscription, but it got 2% cashback. Was only expecting 1%, or I would have tried to carry on using the Mastercard as long as possible!

EDIT, also just seen the £15 welcome bonus in my recent transactions.

How about the ability to be able to claim the cashback as it accrues rather than annually - any sign of this functionality yet?
    I think....

This already works from my account, there's a button that says "Request Cashback"

Likewise with everyone else, my account is looking ok now but I haven't done quite as well as some.

My cashback this month works out at 2% and 1% except it's 3p short. Now I'm not exactly going to complain about that, but come on how difficult is it to code something that works out percentages!! It might only be 3p this month but what if it's £3 next month? That'll be the hassle of another complaint!

Last months statement still shows the wrong cashback, but my total this month appears to be correct including a correction for last month. Apart from the missing three pence of course!!
