Just checked the summary section that shows your current CB rates (and usually wrong) and that does not show anything now - for any statement.

So I guess that they are working on it...

Just had my July statement and the cashback is not shown correctly again! I spoke to BC complaints department as a letter told me the problem would be resolved by 5th July. I was told the letter was misleading as they had another four weeks to resolve matters. Also told lots of overtime being worked to clear the complaints backlog. The only good thing is the longer they take the more the bribe errr sorry compensation will be!

i am half-expecting that to be the case when my August statement appears....which will be right when i am trying to get my money & run;)

i have made my 15 purchases in July, and look forward to my 2%ers:)

BC rang up and explained how my CB had been calculated. Seems I was getting 2% on my old, closed card that had a transaction on it. She had ho idea why that was.

Seems also that my total CB has had one of the months added twice, one manually and then one automatically.

And finaly she seems to think that the sumarry page will never show 1% and 2% but 0.5% and 1% as the CB double up is a special that has been applied and outside the normal card stuff.

So answered the questions, and closed the complaint again. No extra £££ compensation.

Lets see what the little blighter does next month!

I think she is right. On my July paper statement the summary box still shows...

Amex (standard cashback rate 1.00%)
Visa (standard cashback rate 0.5%)

...but the total amounts are for double cash back.

£15 for spending £300 credited yesterday. So a about week after "on the next statement" as previously quoted but earlier than the after 3 months which others have been verbally told.

£20 good will gesture credited to my account along with my £15 welcome bonus for spending over £300 in the first 3 months. That's a big help as I need a tank full of diesel today :eek:

Seems that the complaints are being listened to ........all I need now is for my CB amounts to show correctly.

I have been credited the £15 bonus too, hopefully they will get the double cashback right on this months statement?

I've moved over form the previous High5 Barclaycard Cashback card (the grey one) to the new account this month, but all of my previous cashback from my old card has disappeared?

Is anyone else having this issue?
