Hi everyone

Have had the busiest week ever, and have just spent all morning till now catching up on all the posts for the week. I just love reading all of it and all the tips and motivational stuff. I didn't manage to post on wednesday but have lost 1lb this week, did actually weigh myself, but just didn't post. Sorry about that Lois, if you could just add it to my loss next week, I'd be really grateful. Well done to everyone and thanx so much for the laughs, the inspiration and the great ideas on here.

Am also hoping to lose 5 pounds in the new challenge, don't think I quite made it this month lol as my next weigh in will be on the 01st of August.

Hi Petrichor, Well according to BMI I am now a 37.31 I was 57.39 :eek: so according to BMI I am still obese. However so are most of the Rugby players that play front row, so I will take it as a good thing

Lois I will neither run nor hide from you more likely to see me out and about in cmk though. With regards to Luton, Im afraid hell would freeze over first before Luton and the Dons ground share. Far too many LTFC supporters are well annoyed at the whole wimbeldon/MK dons thing and as for the speed of the new stadium been completed whereas Luton are still trying to get permission after 30 years of trying. I was there yesterday and the place looks very tatty, broke my heart to be fair. I did buy my LTFC shirt, cant face buying the proper shirt, so bought the leisure shirt with the club crest on it, It was an xxl, but I am so happy to be able to buy it As an aside I bought some tshirts this week, for the holiday, from Tesco and M&S, all been size XL Pretty sure thats a first in around 20 years for me. Jeans fit now as well

Suggs, while I think about it..... didn't Lennox Lewis fight with a BMI of well over 30 as well, classing him as obese - even though there was plainly not an ounce of fat on him? That's what makes me think it may not be the best tool to use.
