Could hear a pin drop in here today......
Hi everyone:hello: . You haven't scared me away Ajax! Been having bed rest for a few days (no not a euphemism:D ) and not felt up to switching on laptop.
OH graduation was super on Friday. OOh I felt proud. (to answer you question from ages ago Ajax, it was a 6 year aprt time degree at the University of Sussex) And extra celebratory grub doesn't seem to have done any damage but I'll wait til I officially weigh in tomorrow evening.

Thanks to all for support and kind words last week when I was feeling down. I am grappling with some wretched health problems at the moment so still feel a bit fragile but just taking a day at a time. I need to reead the last weeks worth of posts to check there is nothing to reply to.

Thanks for the replies. I'm gonna fess up. When I say I was bad at the weekend I mean I had 2 rolo donuts, one after the other as well as other junk. Couldn't find the calorie content for them but judging by other donut type things, I reckon they've got to be getting on for 300 cals each  so really do need to be good today.

... heyyyyyyy BB :) 6 years? Wow. Such dedication.

Hmmm... interesting!! Tallgirl posts at 9-ish, then nothing for 5 hours, then as soon as Suggs appears, three ladies magically appear too.

    It's the[STRIKE] Lynx [/STRIKE]Suggs Effect!

.... you're mad when it comes to that gym thing aint ya? Well motivated. I gave it a go once and could never get into it.

Wouldn't say mad, but very motivated, all things considered this must the fittest I have ever being in my adult life. It just seems to be an almost addict to the gym, I wouldn't say complete addict as I had the full weekend off and didnt suffer any cold turkey for it :) I guess the worry is that after all this time I do not want to let myself, mrssuggs, my children or any of you guys down :)

mistywoo, two doughnuts does not a ruined weekend make, Day 1 today a couple of adjustments here and soon a doughnut will go, how about a quick 10min walk??

Big well done LilMissEmmylou great result, the reason I go to boots is that there is a printoff of my results, a traditional set of scales would be no good as I cant see past my belly ;) May have lost alot, but still technically obsese :)

jojilufc Congratulations on the exam result :)hope all ok with yourself, this is just for you, so dont share it out :grouphug:

Tallgirl, a pound is a pound could be a tiny rise and nothing at all. Have a great holiday enjoy yourself, going anywhere nice?

Going to get a coffee so back soon :)
