Morning peeps:D did not sleep much last night but the sun is shining this morning bright, went on the internet and it says cortison injections make you feel nauseous, so feel better as I know why now:rotfl: :rotfl: I don't have to imagine something terrible:rotfl:
delly your meal plan is fab, I love gammon, there were some sausages we were having 95% fat free Asda ones or they were bought from Asda but they were not so nice as the cauldron ones...my H loves stir fry, cheat wise I either buy the fresh packets from sainsburys or iceland do a frozen large packet with very few calories in and I add light soy sauce, chilli flakes and invariably praws, fish and it goes down a storm, filling and very low in fat, sugar and calories...
suggs have you weighed this week? The last one I remember was a 5 lb loss...0 -
I feel awful today, been up since 3am, as my 2 year old decided it was time to get up, the cheeky sod is now back to bed!
Going to have a look through all the lowfat recipes as i need to do my mealplans for the week as it is shopping day today:D dh still wants a takeaway curry, thanks for the links they were interesting to look at, we are not really keen on tandooris so will have to look at menu and see what they have:rolleyes:
Drinking loads of water now so i guess thats helping me with my weightloss too as i am no longer snacking and if i do its ryvitas i have;)

Morning all,
Well done all you loosers, I'll be weighing in tomorrow morning so I'm keeping my fingers crossed all day today for a loss:D
Delly I think your plan of scheduling exercise is a good idea, I either go running or do one of the Davina DVDs every morning before work and found that once I made a deal with myself that mornings were for exercise its been far easier to keep it up. I think you need to find a time that works for you and stick to it. My OH leaves for work 1.5 hrs before I need to so instead of staying in bed I get up and use the time for exercise. Works for me and makes me feel really virtuous for the rest of the day :A

I've decided to only eat when I'm hungry and not calorie count for the next few weeks and start afresh when we come back as I really don't seem to be getting anywhere at the minute.
Hi delly
I think that's an excellent idea and certanly worth trying, it will allow you to relax and enjoy your holiday without the constant assessing of what you're eatiing :T. You'll come back refreshed and ready to face it with renewed vigour.
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Crumbs – using the site to find these was a bit confusing ><
Couldn’ t find Tesco vegetable spread but checked the healthly living range (sunflower) and the basic syn value of low fat spreads. They both came out as 1 syn per level teaspoon
Couldn’t find Cadbury Bournville (odd!) but Green and Black comes back as 7.5 syns per 28 grams. You should work on Cadbury being the same.
Red wine – 4.5 syns for 125 ml, 5 syns for 142 ml, 6 syns for 175 ml
Rose wine – as above
Using the above measurements:
White dry – 4 syns, 4.5 syns, 6 syns
White medium – 4.5 syns, 5.5 syns, 6.5 syns
White sparkling – as above
White sweet – 6 syns, 6.5 syns, 8 syns.0 -
Everyone has their holidays coming up - how nice

I'm certainly looking forward to trying some more :j :j
I'll try the lamb and butter bean casserole in the near future ajax and let you know how it goes.
Thanks all you lovely children of the quornNot so weird eh!

Stayed the same this week which I am a bit peeved about as I have been just as good as every other week (and I have lost weight every week for the last 25 weeks!!!). I did lose a surprising 4 lbs last week so I guess it is just evening out but it is very disappointing. On a positive, next week should be better....0
