Well here is my plan, it's not loaded in the table as I prepared it, because I had 3 columns - day, planned meal, and a blank one to fill in for the end of the week to show what actually got eaten:rotfl:

    Menu Plan w/c 2nd July 2007

    Monday 2nd July
Chickenbreast, New Potatoes , Chargrilled Peppers, Onions, Garlic and Courgette, Salad

    Tuesday 3rd July
    Dining out

    Wednesday 4th July
Chicken or Tuna Pasta Bake OR Salmon and Cous Cous; Salad

    Thursday 5th July
Mixed Bean and Bulgar Wheat Stew.

    Friday 6th July
Fish fingers, potato waffles and tinned tomatoes/baked beans

WARNING!! if any of you laugh, you will be severely punished!!

    Hi all

Blimey - go out for the day and come back to two pages to read! :D

It's been a funny day weatherwise - one minute lovely sunshine, then pouring down with rain, but foodwise I've been good considering I was out - soup and half a sandwich from Pret for lunch, and then dinner at the Harvester - plenty of salad (no naughty bits), followed by baked butternut squash, (yummy). I never order a pudding but usually DH does and then expects me to 'help' him with it as Harvester puds are so big, but thankfully he was too full!

Welcome back Kyle, and welcome Tesco pa, Alba, Little Voice, and anyone new I've missed - feel free to share your problems, ask questions, and tell us how you're getting on.

    Have a great week.

Oops sorry - (awaits the big stick!) ;)

Being serious now, fish fingers disappeared off my menu when I started SW, because they're quite high in syns, but I don't suppose they're that high in calories, so maybe I should re-introduce them - I do love them!

Hi to all you calorie counters out there... can someone answer a question for me.....

When you're calorie counting, do you count the calories in vegetables too?

    Thanks
    Edel.

Hi Delly - unfortunately there's no such thing as free food when you're calorie counting, everything that passes your lips has to be counted! It certainly makes you aware of what you eat without thinking about it.
