Victory,
if you go and edit your profile on your User CP to include your e-mail or messenger contact you'll get a wee icon beside your name (like Lois and I have) it's a little man in blue and means we can automatically pick you up on messenger.

Thanks Victory, crikey you have done so well losing 4 stone. I've lost 10lbs overall in under 2 months. Ok not steaming along but I am so happy and I have every single one of you to thank!
I remember reading a Rosemary Conley article which stated the obvious, really, but said how if you add chilli oil to a pizza, what you are adding is 100% fat. How daft, that I could never see it like that before!

First, well done Lois and mineallmine on your loss!
Right, I am doing the WW no count which I think is very similar to SW. I am trying to be frugal and using up ingredients in the house already - made a gorgeous quorn chilli the other night. Does anyone else seem to put Lea & Perrins in everything?
I would like to make a chicken curry one night this week, but can you lovely people who do SW tell me what you use for the sauce - is it low fat yoghurt and curry powder? I think I know what ingredients to put in, just not sure of the method!

What a week you are all having some fantastic losses this week, well done everyone. Just a pound for me this week but going in the right direction.
Hello to all the newbies.0 -
Evening all
Here's the chart for this week with some excellent weight losses, well done to all who lost weight :T and commiserations if you gained - better luck next week.
I'm sure no-one will be surprised to hear that Suggs is Slimmer of the Week with a 5lb loss, which also means he has achieved the July target already! :j Well done Suggs.
I've changed the way I show the results of the monthly targets - instead of showing the amount still to lose, the chart shows the total lost so far, which I hope is a more positive incentive.
Have a good week
LLStart BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.30 -
I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 4lb, but I only started the diet on Saturday so will weigh myself this Sat so its a week.
Bit annoyed with myself as I did not do my daily excercise(been out in town most day) and when I got back I think I had too much pasta as I was starving!
Brekky - 1 brown toast with boiled egg
Lunch Two ryvitas with little bit of philly + apple/muller light yoghurt
Dinner -Pasta with tuna and low fat mayo
I had too much pasta in evening so I am gonna get my @!!!! on the treadmill tmoz morning.
BTW thanks Lois Lane for keeping the chart. I did't realise you were doing that so thanks very much for that!"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

Thanks lois, but I never feel as I deserve SOTW as I know that next week will be a low loss, it always is, just the way my body seems to function.
Well done to Manic, Ajaxgeezer and mineallmine on your excellent results :j
