....I dunno about roasting, you'd have to ask premiership footballers about that.

I am still being dim - I just can't seem to cook with it. A woman I work with uses it to cook roast dinners and everything?

Hi Lydia - I use frylight all the time too, for roast potatoes, wedges, fried eggs, anything I previously used oil for in fact. I don't use oil at all.

A tip for fried eggs - spray a non stick pan with frylight, crack your eggs in, then cook with a lid on - the tops of the yolks quickly go white and the eggs cook really quickly.

I bet your average slimming club doesn't get such great results.

Commiserations Sa1 - 1lb gain will be easy to get off. Just refocus yourself and you'll be fine.

Off to give DS a bath now. B back later.

    Hi all,
I'm very pleased to report a 4lb weight loss this week - woohoo! Well done to all losers and maintainers. Clearly walking around the whole of Wembley did me some good, yay. I had a poor month last month, so must keep on track. See you later.
:) Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

Please would you include me in this weeks chart and include my total from last month. Unfortunately a 1lb gain for this week.
Hope everyone doing ok. Been away and not been able to read the messages.

Good luck for the next week.
