Hi Lydia - I use frylight all the time too, for roast potatoes, wedges, fried eggs, anything I previously used oil for in fact. I don't use oil at all.
A tip for fried eggs - spray a non stick pan with frylight, crack your eggs in, then cook with a lid on - the tops of the yolks quickly go white and the eggs cook really quickly.

I'm very pleased to report a 4lb weight loss this week - woohoo! Well done to all losers and maintainers. Clearly walking around the whole of Wembley did me some good, yay. I had a poor month last month, so must keep on track. See you later.Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage
