  • Hi, just a quicky To report a 21/2lb loss this week, Yes!!!!!! thats half way to the july challenge in a week I will do it, I will do it!!!!!!

    hi guys, i have lost 3lbs this week. woohoo. also lost 2"off hips and another 1/2" off both my bust and upper arms. BRING IT ON!!!!


    Running total now is 24lbs lost

    Can I just run this past you all. Yesterday I ate:

    Breakfast
    1 x food doctor bagel with phili light and sliced tomatoe and cucumber

    Snack
    1 x cup of tea
    1 x apple

    Lunch
    100g boiled potatoes with lots of veg cut up in a tin of tomatoes
    1 x bag of snack a jacks

    Dinner
    150g boiled brown rice with lots of veg cup up in it
    2 x boiled beetroots
    1 x small slice of ham

    Is that ok?

    Do you think I will loose weight eating liek that every day?

    I am still being dim - I just can't seem to cook with it. A woman I work with uses it to cook roast dinners and everything?

    ....I dunno about roasting, you'd have to ask premiership footballers about that, but we use Fry Light all the time. We use it for everything that we fry and also for doing things like wedges in the oven, everything under a grill etc.

    Just spray to your heart's content and when things need turning over (like burgers) or mixing up to redistribute spices etc (like wedges or chips) then give it another few sprays.

    We swear by the stuff.

    ... crikey, I'd lose more than weight, I'd lose my mind. Personally I think that sounds a tiny amount, but others may know better?

    lydia have to agree with ajax does not seem much...do you know how many calories it amounts to? Is it the food doctor diet you are following?

    I'm not following a diet - just making it up as I go along. Hmmm maybe I am being a little hard on myself......

    Breakfast
    2 x Warburtons brown bread with
    2x Laughing Cow light triangles
    1 mug of coffee

    1 mug coffee

    Snack
    1 x apple
    1/4 of a pineapple
    1 mug coffee

    1 mug coffee

    Lunch
    1 x Bachelors Pasta n Sauce packet with
    1 large onion
    1 pepper
    3 x chillies
    6 Quorn meatballs
    1 mug coffee

    1 mug coffee

    Snack
    1/4 pineapple
    1 banana
    1 mug coffee

    1 mug coffee

    Evening meal
    1 xtra-large portion of home made vegetable curry with
    2 x Quorn fillets
    quite a lot of cous cous
    1 mug coffee

    1 mug coffee
    1 Slimming World Hi Fi chocolate mint snack bar

    1/2 bottle of wine while watching The F Word


    .....Lydia I'm not saying follow that by any means but you can get a lot more inside you and stay healthy.

    Oh, and all coffee is with 1 Hermesetas tablet and skimmed milk.
