Hi everyone. I was missed off the chart last week somehow but I lost 1lb. This week I don;t think I will get weighed I feel hugh and nothing fits so depending on how I feel in the morning which is when I get weighed willl depend on if I post my weight this week. Pop back again later as I am trying to get stuck into the house work one room down where to next, the dinning room I think.0

LOL, no it was fine. I was just looking 'cos I didn't know what 'GI' meant and half way down the page (left hand side) was a 10 tips for losing weight. I clicked this link and started to follow the 'next page' links until I hit 'download' and stopped0 -

I wasn't interested exactly, just curious, but I didn't know what it was til I followed ajaxs' link. The last thing I need atm is another load of sensible eating ideas - I'mas it is atm

morning peeps from the internet cafe in spain:D
35 degrees in the shade and bonus is that it is so hot you do not want to eat at all:D so through not trying I have lost 2.2 lb or 1 kilo, it is just so very very hot all you want to do is drink water;)
I hope you are all doing fanstasticall well, suggs your hol is soon and you will find it the same so hot:rotfl: :rotfl:

Afternoon all
I notice a few of the more organised ones post the menu for the week, well not been so organised I thought I would post yesterdayPurely for someone elses take on it.
Breakfast - Porridge made with water
Lunch - Large salad, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomato, sweetcorn, carrot and Tesco extra light mayo
Dinner - Chicken Stirfry with added yellow pepper, with Blue dragon Ho Sin Sauce
Snacks - Tesco Healthy living yogurt, Muller corner, four or five mugs coffee made with skimmed milk
Gym - 21 mins Cyc level 13 414 Calories
26 mins Cross Trainer level 10 525 Calories
Total 47mins 939 Calories
Guess Im getting worried that things are or will go wrong, I know the obvious thing could be I am not eating enough, always a probelm with me.
Off out tonight to see Goldfinger at the cinemaso we hope to have dinner before we go.
