Yep because you've said ' no anpr signs are visible at all. 'PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

no nothing from ANPR Ltd or any other mickey mouse company and nothing to alert a driver to any risk of a Parking charge notice until you have entered the area and then the first sign is about 50 to 70 metres down the road.0

Have you already sent your POPLA appeal? I would use the terms you said above 'nothing from ANPR Ltd or any other mickey mouse company' because you really have hit the nail on the head!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

no i have not sent it yet i will send it before the end of the weekend. i have added this bit on the end of the appeal then the photos under it.
I have included in this appeal photographs which I think is important in this appeal. The photographs (below) show the entrance to the road taken from different angles. They also shows there is no signs from ANPR Ltd or any other company and nothing to alert a driver to any risk of a Parking charge notice. Once a person has entered the area they have to actually travel a windy road for 50 to 70 metres before any sign can be seen. I have sent duplicate pictures as one set is plain photos and the others set is highlighted showing certain points like the twisted highway sign and where the car in question was parked and show the lack (none) of signage when entering the area in question. The red dot indicates that there is a sign but can not been seen on the photos and can not be seen when you enter or go down the road due to the bend in the road and the sign is actually tucked in around the corner next to a public walkway between buildings.0 -
will the above paragraph be ok to send with the pictures ?0

Yep as long as you mean the whole appeal with that final paragraph added (not on it's own). Always send a POPLA appeal online as then you know it's received. Tick 3 out of 4 appeal boxes (not the stolen car one of course) and if you get a glitch don't think you have a faulty POPLA code because you don't (try another browser and get it done). You can also then attach evidence online like you pics (but only after you have submitted the appeal as the first step).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

got a letter today from anpr (!!!! n pricks) stating their evidence to popla don't know why it took them so long and they included the original letter that they told bpa they didn't get from me and its signed for lol. got a breakdown of costs and photos with no dates on them and a land agreement from 2002 and they stated that they have spoke to the landowner and he is happy with it all but yet there is no proof as in a letter of the land owner just their word :-) blood boiling again :-( plus they didn't mention that bpa had to get them to send popla number and to stop wasting time. the breakdown in loss of money they sent is all wages and ni and admin nothing to do with the shopping place involved ? even the land agreement thats filled in by both companies looks like the same name for the retail park as the name on anpr where they both signed on the same sheet and the phone number that goes to the land owner does not exist ?0
