hello there people not sure if this is the right place as my question is not about a car park but a lane. if we are in the wrong place we are very sorry and any info where to go would be appreciated.
we didn't see warning signs about parking and we have got a ticket because it says we didn't keep an area clear. the ticket says warning to driver then car details and some more stuff about where and how to pay it. it mentions the use of cctv images and we didn't now if they have got an actual picture of us leaving the car.
we have read a lot of things on this web site but to be honest we feel more confused. should we just phone them up and try and sort it out before the 14 days early bird discount finishes as we have read that popla only have like a 50% success rate and then we have to pay the full £100.
if there is already answers within this web site and we have missed them we do apologise as we are really confused right now as there is lots of pages and lots of words that have been abbreviated.
please be patient with us :-)

yes the company is ANPR-LTD.COM after we had to find out what you meant by ppc :-) and it happened in Lancashire and by looking around its happened to a lot of people as people have used the lane for dropping off instead of the main road for a long time.0

In that case follow the links given
They are a joke of a companyProud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0 -
thank you for your quick reply these forum's are better than i thought so fast. those are the links we read and got confused over but we will read it all again when the blood pressure drops down a bit as its at boiling point right now. so mad with ourselves...0

Don't get mad at yourself, get even with ANPR Ltd0
-
but could we get even if they have a picture of who was driving the car at that time0
-
if they knew that they would send a notice to the driver same as they can always do
if they send it to the keeper, they have no idea who the driver is
all the acronyms are explained in the NEWBIES thread I linked to
you fight fire with fire, they allege parking rules are broken, you get them to prove it, to popla0 -

Knew it was because of the laughable 'early bird discount'! :rotfl:
I take it you haven't sussed out how much of a joke this firm is? Search this forum for these keywords one at a time, using the 'search this forum' heading next to 'forum tools' on page one above the threads. Change the default to 'show POSTS':
'joke'
'early bird discount'
'Trev the Clamp'
'gunged'
'anpr-in-a-box'Your thread title should be 'Should I be laughing at Trev and is this even worth appealing'? (Answer, yes to shut them up!). See the NEWBIES thread.

So? They can't put a name to a face can they? Despite Trev's claims to be able to stop terrorists (seriously!). And anyway you have a picture of Trev the Clamp and his TV appearances including getting gunged on Noel Edmond's House party - or you will do when you've read other threads about the man!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You are not just going to get even - you are going to beat them, by not paying a penny to that ridiculous crowd of ex-clamper nit-wits.
Early-bird discount! - It sounds like breakfast time at KFC. :rotfl:0
