Yes as you are appealing as the registered keeper. Don't give them any excuse, also date itWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

a massive THANK YOU :-)0

Okay sent the appeal over a week ago dated and with proof of postage from the post office and today i got a letter of them and its NOT a rejection letter its a final demand and the price has gone up already even while its under dispute. should i write again or just wait ?0
-
I'd just wait a while. This latest letter could just be a crossover. They only send 2nd class and with the Easter period in between, they may not have processed your letter before the final demand got sent.0

my appeal letter was sent on the 14.04.14 and this final demand was sent out on the 24.04.14 the day before i got it which was yesterday and past the easter bank holiday but i guess there could still be an overlap as you say as i now know they are not the brightest of people :-)0

Biggest understatement on here this week

Try searching this forum for 'Trev' as a keyword, and 'ANPR-in-a-box' - the results will show you how bright this lot are.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

today i got another letter from ANPR (notice of intent) yet i still not heard from my appeal letter which was sent on the 14.04.14 and i am still not happy that it can go up in price of £40 while it is under appeal :-( should i ring them on monday and ask what they are doing or resend the appeal letter or just wait ?0
-
just wait , do not ring them up or they will bully you
if you think this new letter is an LBC in its nature , then respond according to the LBCCC letters by daisy linked in the crabman sticky thread
if you wish to resend the same appeal letter and state that you have sent this before , then do so and say so
edit :- complain to the BPA now too0 -
Complain to the BPA contact details are in the Newbie thread. Trev really does not like giving out POPLA codes.0
