Yes as you are appealing as the registered keeper. Don't give them any excuse, also date it

I'd just wait a while. This latest letter could just be a crossover. They only send 2nd class and with the Easter period in between, they may not have processed your letter before the final demand got sent.

my appeal letter was sent on the 14.04.14 and this final demand was sent out on the 24.04.14 the day before i got it which was yesterday and past the easter bank holiday but i guess there could still be an overlap as you say as i now know they are not the brightest of people :-)

Try searching this forum for 'Trev' as a keyword, and 'ANPR-in-a-box' - the results will show you how bright this lot are.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

just wait , do not ring them up or they will bully you

if you think this new letter is an LBC in its nature , then respond according to the LBCCC letters by daisy linked in the crabman sticky thread

if you wish to resend the same appeal letter and state that you have sent this before , then do so and say so

edit :- complain to the BPA now too

Complain to the BPA contact details are in the Newbie thread. Trev really does not like giving out POPLA codes.
