Some people seem to want them yesterday, III say look elsewhere & good luck with that. Seems fair. I'd probably say the same if I was running a low cost share holding service for small investors. 20% of your clients cause 80% of your heartache!

My new provider is also a low cost provider and they reply to my secure messages, pay dividends on the day they are due, and even convert my dirty class funds all to clean class funds. None of which II have been able to do for the last 12 months.


BTW the regulator has no such rule to pay dividends within 10 days, II say they pay within 10 days of reciveing money from FNZ their provider, so if FNZ take two months to pay then you might get your money 2 months and 10 days later. But I have found that II don't even follow this rule, and "forget" to pay you.

Woohoo!! III has paid out the dividend on one of my Newton funds...only 12 days late! Still 2 more Newton dividends to go and a River & Mercantile one as well but it's a start I suppose! Wonder if its sudden appearance had anything to do with that comment I posted on their facebook page earlier today.....:D

Anybody else received any of their Newton dividends yet?

Yep that's what I mean, sometimes it takes months from dividend date to get paid. Unless you chase them up, and hope u get a reply from the secure message.

No, not one of my November fund dividends, including Newton, have been paid so far, but II tell me that 98% of dividends are paid within their 10 day timeframe definition!

Their 10 day timeframe is 10 working days, so I am giving them till Monday and then if the dividends are not in my account I will be straight on the phone to Julie Baxter. No point in sending them a secure message only to be ignored, or recommended to seek a provider who is more likely to meet my expectations! Plus I am awaiting a response to 2 secure messages already so perhaps I will ask her about those while I am about it!
