Cancel immediately and find a proper broker.
  • Find a proper broker - one that actually cares.

    From the II transfer form

"Your current ISA Manager will agree a transfer date with us. Within 30 calendar days after the transfer date they must
give us a notice in writing containing essential information and a declaration."

Have you contacted Natwest to enquire about the matter?

    Good old III.
I have not been a customer of theirs since the middle of the year. Naturally they have switched off access to my account.
Today they send me an email telling me I have a secure message. Ermm, how do I access the vital news?

Oh how I love this company ...............

Probably telling you that in January they will be charging you £20 and giving you £20 of commission credits. Be careful as they may charge your debit card.

Yep, that is what today's secure messages are saying. Got two today for two different accounts. And, yes, they did say that if there was no cash available in the account they would use "your registered debit card".
  • Two of my November 30 dividends have just arrived. In time for Christmas. More to come though.

This is about 3 weeks longer than it used to take Hargreaves Lansdown. I didn't even check for them in those days. Sigh!
  • Hi,

thanks, just checked, my Invesco Inc due 30/11/14, paid today.
  • The last fund dividends for end Nov finally arrived today, a mere 23 days late. Maybe it was because I took to Twitter that they finally arrived?
