Xylophone, I am also awaiting the Unicorn dividend so perhaps a delay from the fund side? Also awaiting Newton global income as well.

I have 3 Newton funds all of which were due to pay out on 30th November and have received none of them so far.

Thanks for that. I have checked with the Invesco Perpetual's page from your link and the ISIN number of the fund that I hold in my ISA and it says that the dividend is paid net. You are right in that some of the funds are paid gross and that III have made a mistake.
I did get a monthly tax rebate up to and including April 2014 and then 3 months payments in July which I assumed must be for May, June and July.
I will have a go by phone after lunch, though being Monday, I might have to hold on for a long time before my call is answered!

Bear in mind that as the tax rebates are paid a couple of months after the interest payment date the payments you received in July will have been for March, April and May.

I have Newton dividends via AJ Bell and III that were due on the 30th November. No prizes for guessing which company has still to credit the dividend. The other credited the dividend on the 30th November.

I have checked with relative who holds Newton with II - no payments yet received.

One assumes that the Fund Managers pay FNZ on time - I can't fathom why FNZ can't pass on the money to II as promptly for all funds as they do for some.

It is indeed a mystery particularly as other platforms made the payments relating to Newton on the 30th November.

Quite an amazing reply from II when chasing for outstanding dividend payments.

I can confirm that we are still within the regulatory ten working day timescale for paying distributions to your account. We would like to inform you of this as this is the regulatory requirement and the timescale which we are currently working towards.

We are sorry to hear you are still unhappy with this section of our service. We understand you may be looking for a service which we cannot provide you at the moment and we feel it is fruitless to continue to have this conversation with regards to the dividends. We acknowledge that it would seem you are looking for another response and for your dividends to be paid quicker than they are being, you therefore may wish to seek another provider who will meet your expectations.

    Kind regards
