Doesnt affect everybody - mine is still "not reinvested".
I think the problem here is that III support staff just make up answers that sound rational. So, what is the policy on dividends? "10 working days after we receive the funds", why have my dividends been reinvested? "System fault changed the preferences" or in my case why haven't I received my transfer incentive "because we wait to pay the full amount after all transfers have been completed". So why have you now just paid half of my incentive prior to completion of my transfers? If you quote back their answers, they don't acknowledge the contradictions.

Just logged in and found they did the same thing to me, they switched on Reinvest dividends. It was ok yesterday. I sent them a rather stroppy message.
  • Funny, but if one complains about late dividend payments the II wont let you complain again on the basis that they have already dealt with the complaint. On that basis having complained about dividends due at the end of August then I can't complain about dividends due at the end of September.

    What a company.
  • I initiated a formal complaint to II on 24/09 regarding their complete lack of performance in my SIPP transfer from HL - to date, this has been totally ignored.
They have at least acknowledged my in specie transfer instruction out of II into AJ Bell. They made this acknowledgement on 05/09 - as of now, all 16 funds and 5 Investment Trusts plus cash stubbornly remain in II.
Early days, I know, but I am very keen to see the back of this bunch of cowboys.
Since it took over 7 months to complete my in specie transfer in from HL, which only reached a satisfactory conclusion after I had pointed out numerous errors and omissions to II, I dread to think what II considers to be a "reasonable" performance level for an in specie transfer out.

You will love this one, they have just sold one of my funds, resulting in a 5% loss, but guess what I never asked them to sell anything.

Now I believe it was because the fund was closing(they didn't mention what kind of close, hard close, soft close or full closure), but II told me they would let me know the details 2 months ago, but you guessed it, I heard nothing from them, so they just sold it, without warning today.

If they had given me the date it was closing, I would have sold it before the market collapsed last week, that way the loss would not have been as great. Idiots!

    !

Should be worth a few more commission credits as compensation.

Never mind commission credits, they should cough up hard cash as it is entirely due to their negligence! On the plus side, I was almost paralysed with shock today to find a dividend paid into my account only 2 days after it was due!!!! :)

Been offered commission credits as part of my latest complaint so I asked them that given as I have transferred out how am I supposed to used them? Commission credits seem to to the answer to all complaints that they receive.

Relieved that my transfer out is completed.

Keep getting emails stating that I have a secure message but when I log onto III there are none. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
