II still haven't paid one of my dividends for September, sent two secure messages no reply, sent two emails to the address they gave, no reply. Put a complaint in 4 weeks ago, they said they would respond within 4 weeks, guess what ... yep ... no reply.

Well at least I got the chance to fill in the form to transfer my ISA to You Invest this weekend. So I guess I am making some progress even if II are not.

Regarding my transfer from iii to Halifax, it appears that my ISA funds have now finally disappeared and are somewhere "in transit".

However, it looks like iii is not the only incompetent firm. My Halifax SIPP account opening has been a total fail. Halifax/AJ Bell claim that I didn't complete some application form even though I filled in everything they sent me. As a result they have now closed my SIPP account.:mad::mad:

It now looks like I won't be transferring my SIPP to Halifax after all. Has anyone had any success transferring their SIPP from iii directly to AJ Bell? I think the more middle there are involved, the greater chance of mistakes.

one of the two funds in my ISA has disappeared from HL...and so perhaps it will appear in my III ISA sometime soon.... was it 7, or 8, or 9 months ago i requested the transfer now, i forget:(
  • Is there a way to setup a regular investment with my ISA, but using the funds already ready to invest in the account? Step 1 says fund, however I already have cash in the account.. step 2 has no funds to chose from, I presume because step 1 is incomplete

You should be able to go to 'Choose/Edit Investments' and then 'Add another item' (at the bottom) and type a few letters of the investment name to generate a list of matching items.

It triggers on the 23rd of each month (or next working day).

And in my case, all my funds and shares are now present in AJ Bell, it's just a shame I am going to have to still deal with II for the next four months, with cash from dividends that will need to be paid to AJ Bell. Then at least I know I can close all my accounts down, and hopefully never have to hear their name ever again.

Its been by far the worse financial company I have ever had to deal with, I have dealt with a lot.

i haven't even started to check through what dividends i should have received... and am really unsure whether to hope that iii will be a decent organisation once the rush of new clients from HL have been absorbed effectively. or whether to leg it.:undecided
