Not for me they haven't, still missing 17 dividends that were supposed to pay out at the end of this month. Including a investment trust that was suppose to be paid out yesterday. I guess you guys got lucky.0

While the dividends are not as late the Customer Service is still extremely poor.0

Interesting that of my dividend payments due at the end of November those via AJ Bell have all been paid. So far I haven't received any that are due via III. Will be really pleased when I can finally say goodbye to III.0

I moved most of my investments out of iii by cashing up a few months ago but finally got round to transferring my ISA to Cavendish/Fidelity a couple of weeks ago - a process Fidelity (at least) now calls re-registration.
The timetable was:
- Friday 21st Nov Fidelity accept re-registration request
- Monday 24th Funds leave iii (mysteriously labelled as "Free Delivery" in my trading history)
- Monday 1st Dec Funds appear at Fidelity
However iii still owe me about 4 months of tax rebates (ca £200) and there is still their support team expecting me to waste a hour of my life ringing their 0845 number to discuss transfer fees (I've told them that I've left enough cash in my account to cover the refund of the joining bonus, but that there were no transfer fees if moving out in the first year).0 -
Hi,
as stated above,
*Our exit fees
We believe once you start investing with our service, and with our flat fee pricing, you will want to stay with us. So we’re happy to waive our transfer-out charges to another broker, for up to ten lines of stock (£15 per line of stock after that), if you choose to leave us within a year of opening your account.
We’ll also waive our SIPP transfer-out fee. (Please note, if you wish to convert a shareholding into a paper certificate, our normal fees for this will apply.) See our charges
This pricing applies to all customers who opened an account on or after 1 January 2014,
Also, the year runs from when transfer in requested, not from completion.
I've got until April, so will see how things go with December dividends and January fund rebate.
Though still trying to get a refund of tax deducted from an October payment which was put into Trading Account instead of ISA.0 -
I only have one fund holding in my ISA, so I should have said no transfer fees for me.
Its a fund paying monthly income, with an ex-dividend date of 1st December, so it will be interesting to see who pays the December dividend. Its the one fund I held that iii always paid the dividend promptly on the last day of the month. But not tax rebates!
A very good point to emphasise that the year for free transfers is from account opening - I opened my account in Feb last year even if it was inactive until June, so only had a couple of months left to transfer out free of charge.0 -

Just a quick bit of good news to feed back-after 7 months of waiting all my funds have now arrived with iii. However, I had been waiting for one last fund to arrive for 6 weeks,in spite of HL reregistering it in May.I followed the examples of Jennifer K and Julia Walsh in expressing my frustration in never getting replies or action to phone calls, secure messages etc and posted it on facebook.24 hours later the fund is in the account following a phone call from iii last night apologising for the delay.Result!! So thanks to the 2 J's and all of you who have posted your pearls of wisdom!.0
