    Sigh I've just noticed that I've not received any tax refunds on interest payments from my ISA for the last five months.:(

    Has anyone received any such payments, they often show up late on other platforms, but not 5 months late!

    Yes I got my tax refunds last week, off course like everything II do these day they managed to screw those up, and paid me too much so some our debits out of my ISA. Off course they didn't tell me they were going to remove money out of my ISA, because that would be communicating, something they don't do.

    No, I have also been chasing them as I have not received any in the 5/6 months I have been with II.

    Just been trying to log in to pick up a secure message and the site keeps throwing errors. Seems to be almost unusable this evening.

    It won't even accept my username and password, just keeps telling me it's not right. But I know it's right since I login everyday, because I have to.
