Hi,
thanks, should've stated I only had Isa with HL.0 -

well got first quarterly fund rebate on Saturday, they put about half of it in my Isa account and half in my Trading Account,
but, I only have two lots of shares in Trading Account so presume it's another error.
Also the rebate they put in the Trading Account was taxed at 20%, though no tax from rebate in Isa.
HL used to pay Loyalty Bonus with no deduction, is this the norm now?
Unfortunately fund rebates outside of a wrap have been taxed since April 2013:

For once we can’t blame II, unless they put the rebate in the wrong account…
If you haven’t used up your tax allowance you can claim the tax back.
Quick question: Was the rebate for months June/July/Aug or July/Aug/Sept? I can’t yet view my rebate statement to check the figures.0 -

I think this is what happened, they've put it in Trading Account rather than Isa.

Well it's my first rebate since start of transfer saga, (nearly 7 months) and as they pay quarterly, April/July/Oct/Jan/ I take it it's for July/Aug/Sept, though can't seem to find a break down on each fund.QUOTE]0 -

Ugh! It wouldn’t surprise me..!
My rebate looks a little low. So I’m hoping that it includes June as my funds didn’t arrive at II until mid / end of that month.0 -
Hi,
are you able to get a breakdown for each fund?
I can't seem to fathom it out, just give a lump sum for all.0 -
No,
Just showing the full rebate & tax in “Statements”
If I go to Account Admin, Document Library, I find “Fund Rebates” on the drop down list. But there’s nothing showing yet. I’m hoping that it’ll update soon and give a full breakdown.0 -

Last time in July there was a file under Admin and Documents that gave a breakdown of the rebates. However so far I have not had one this quarter.
The file last time showed that the July payment was actually for Mar/Apr/May.0 -
Hi,
thanks for that, though nothing showing yet, maybe takes a day or two, or weeks, or months.0 -

Same thing happened to me despite only having 5 shares in my trading account so another secure message is in the pipeline. I could understand the tax but not why I got one in the first place !0
