I sent a message to the email address for dividends, and I got the same thing, i.e. Nothing. Why bother telling us to contact them on that email, if it's going to go straight to their junk folder.0

Website seems to be completely down now. There clearly are some system issues.0

Although it isn't very significant compared to others' problems, I'm still waiting for a dividend on VUSA, which should have been paid on 26th September, so it seems the problem isn't entirely restricted to funds.0

Another good one from II:
I can confirm that you received your dividend for Insight UK Equity Income on 28 September 2014. The most recent dividend for Insight UK Equity Income the pay date was on 29 September 2014. We have 10 working days from the day we receive the cash for this and we are currently still within timescales. I hope this helps to explain the dividends which have been paid to your account.
Problem is that I haven't received the dividend they claim to have paid me. Perhaps its been paid into one of your accounts by mistake?0 -

Clear as mud as usual, are they saying they paid your September dividends a day early or the August dividend a month late.0
