Since I'm selling up I really don't care about ii in the slightest, but to help anyone else on this thread who is stuck with ii's excuse for a support team, here is a useful contact.
"Please be assured that I have taken personal ownership of your account and will be in touch with you regularly to give you updates and assurances.

Thanks for that, could be useful. Though I won’t expect to hear from Julie any time soon, as I think she might be quite busy! I hope someone’s keeping an eye on her - no sharp objects, cordless phone, etc..!
Whilst I’m prepared to accept their “sincere apology”, actions will speak louder than words. No more late dividends, broken promises, etc.
II, you have a lot of work to do to restore my trust in your company.0 -
Well I have emailed the address provided, to see if they get back to me, with any news about my missing dividends, but I'm not holding out much hope. To make matters worse my You Invest account is playing up. Hmm Platforms have a great time at the moment.0

Now received two out of three August dividends...0

Just received my August dividend, they just managed it before we get into October.0

I have emailed that address and will send an email every day until I'm paid.
It won't do any good but it works off some of my frustration knowing they have to spend time looking into it - oh no they won't!0 -
Interactive Investor has contacted us with the following message. MSE does not endorse anything posted by companies in the forum.
Following a number of posts on this thread, we confirm we have had an issue with a small number of fund income payments. This issue does not affect equities or investment trusts or the vast majority of funds, where we continue to make payments to our customers on or shortly after the date we receive the dividend. We are contacting affected customers. If you have not been contacted about your specific case then please email dividendqueries@iii.co.uk and we will be in touch directly. We sincerely apologise to any customers whose payment has been delayed.
This is total rubbish. They talk about the date they get paid from THEIR CONTRACTOR. Not the actual dividend payment date. Small number of funds? Then perhaps Interactive Investor can explain why the majority of my dividend payments arrive over a month late.
Seems like Interactive Investor are trying damage limitation by using a totally disingenuous excuse.0 -
II have about 7657 funds available, of those 3229 are Income generating funds, all of which are likely to pay late, if people held them (which off course they wouldn't, more people hold acc then inc), it would effect potentially 42% of their entire fund universe. I don't call that a small number.0

The most probable scenario within the II management team currently is that most of their energy will be devoted to distancing themselves from what appears to be a disastrous decision to appoint FNZ as administrators.
Once they have performed that dance, and thrown somebody overboard as a token gesture, then they may begin to take FNZ to task.
Are FNZ associated with any other notable platforms?0 -
interesting point, FSaddler:)
i have had some progress made with ii...my Trading account is with II, with the 2 share holdings and cash that should be there, my ISA now has my 7 share holdings, but the 2 funds in my ISA are still with HL. and the 1 fund i have in my SIPP is still with HL too....so it is all the shares and none of the funds that have transferred.
...i haven't even started on dividends:doh:...and i started this in February.0
