I haven't posted anything on social media or even complained to them recently. But I did receive a message on my answerphone yesterday the someone was trying to contact me about the issues I had with my transfer (which completed three months ago). Didn't mention non-payment of dividends - still waiting for a payment due 1st August.

I saw your post on facebook - good for you. If you get no response from your review, post a comment on their actual wall. That was when I got a response from them, not from my review (which was pretty damning!!)

Okay, not sure if I’ve done it right - I think I sent them a message as well!

They will take it when you next top up, or, if enough time passes, message you to ask for it. There have been some previous posts on this subject.
