Received my August dividends now - only a month late. However, my partner is still waiting.

I still have 2 missing from August
  • Tearing what's left of my hair out - have just found the 2 final outstanding holdings I have been waiting 8 months for - back in my SIPP with Hargreaves Lansdown!!!! Apparently they sent them to Cofunds by mistake instead of FNZ, heaven only knows how much longer I will have to wait for them now!! Will the nightmare ever end...is there light at the end of the tunnel?!

  • Todays missive from ii:

We are experiencing issues in receiving payments from our fund counterparty, FNZ. This issue is being discussed at senior management level and we hope to have a resolution shortly. I apologise for the delay and the inconvenience this has caused.

Following a number of posts on this thread, we confirm we have had an issue with a small number of fund income payments. This issue does not affect equities or investment trusts or the vast majority of funds, where we continue to make payments to our customers on or shortly after the date we receive the dividend. We are contacting affected customers. If you have not been contacted about your specific case then please email dividendqueries@iii.co.uk and we will be in touch directly. We sincerely apologise to any customers whose payment has been delayed.

Oh very true - most likely - but the problem has always been the date that II receive the dividend from THEIR CHOSEN CONTRACTOR!!!!!!!

and about that they seem to be impotent while we how rely on dividend income can go and take a running jump.

"We sincerely apologise to any customers whose payment (sssss) has been delayed. "

Don't apologise, sincerely or otherwise; do something about it.

Absolutely if ii had any decency whatsoever they would be paying these dividends in a timely manner out of their own company's funds and taking action against their CHOSEN subcontractor to retrieve them.

It is up to ii to manage their CHOSEN subcontractor, if their subcontractor does not perform it should be ii suffering not their customers.

What a load of rubbish only 15% of dividends "were" arriving within 2-3 days, this is currently down to 0%. I am waiting three funds for a month, and tomorrow another 22 are due. So their is a delay between when they get a payments, weeks or months, then their is a delay when they pay us sometimes week or months.

For example. I have a fund by Kames High Yield, this fund paid out in my other account today, it will likely take at least another month before it turns up on II. Same fund, different fund platform. One can pay the same day of payment and one can't. Simple as that.
