Oh joy. all my August dividends have now arrived, thank goodness there is only one due in September, with Interactive Investor anyway. But there is a sting in the tail, another dividend has come to light that should have been paid and hasn't been....and it was due in July!!!!! Wish me luck....

Oh joy of joy, I just tried to sell £30,000 worth of a fund to withdraw the money from the hands of ii, and I received an error message saying "we are unable to process this transaction at the current time, try again later".

Try again later, I am now unable to trade because the sell option is grayed out. There are no record of an outstanding trade on the website.

Grr I'm going to have to phone their support line.

I too have now received all my August dividends.

I received a September dividend which was paid out mid month (only took two days), and I’m now due two more from the end of Sept. Also the commission rebate in a couple of days time.

After the August dividends fiasco, and nearly suffering a panic attack thinking that my money had gone missing (thanks for that II), I’m not even going to think about the September dividends for at least a week. I’m exhausted.

I’m probably a hopeless optimist, but as less funds seem to pay out in September hopefully they’ll arrive a little faster…

I can already foresee the November pay outs being a nightmare - what do you think the chances are of receiving them before Christmas..?!

I normally get a couple of monthly dividends that pay out from II at the end of September before the mad rush begins on Sept 1st, but this time I didn't get those, so I am expecting September to be worse than August at the moment.

That’s appalling!

I think it proves that II’s problems run much deeper than just being very slow…

I can see that every payment and transaction will have to be checked very carefully.:(

I'm currently in a state of shock. Two weeks ago I authorised a transfer from II to AJ Bell Youinvest. All my funds are already showing in my account at AJ Bell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is my II nightmare coming to an end?

Wow, that's very impressive! I'm currently in my 4th week from iii to Halifax but have yet to see any progress. :mad:
