it suits them to use FNZ

I wonder whether II do receive late payments from FNZ or whether it is more a case of their receiving them on time from FNZ but as bulk payments which they haven't the staff/computer capacity to allocate immediately?

Anyone got the consolidated tax voucher yet?

Oh well, only 5 months late.

My last one for August has now appeared but the relatives still have outstanding payments and are not happy - apparently now following Julia's example......

What - turning to the bottle, or giving II a piece of their mind....or both?!?!

Newton Asian Income finally arrived today - 2 outstanding for August now.

As far as I understand it, the bottle is still in the cabinet:) but the secure message was sent (and a reply received within a day!) but alas, the reply was far from adequate, even in terms of facts.

As we have both noted, and as the relative has now observed in relation to one part of his query
they do not reply with a sensible answer, it is clear that they have failed to pay attention to what you have written and you have to start all over again from square one

It seems that a letter to Julie Baxter will be winging its way........

I have been told by Peter Whittle in their complaints department that the consolidated tax vouchers will be made available by the end of September and certainly no later than 5th October 2015....let's see what happens......apparently the team has been working on the tax vouchers since April and when completed will move on to 'conversion to clean units'......what a mess!

You can say that again ...... from a recent communication from II:

"Whilst carrying out final quality checks on Consolidated Tax Vouchers (CTVs), we have noticed an error in that some stocks may have been recorded as foreign holdings instead of UK holdings and vice versa.

..........The original dividends and or unit trusts which displayed on your Statement tab will no longer be displayed. Simply put, the original entry has been replaced. The same narrative will display again, the cash amount will be displayed with a slight variation of a couple of pence, and the details will be displayed with a more recent date. "

Mine are all clean thank goodness but that said..... suppose they are converted back again.......

Well, that's about as clear as mud....you really couldn't make it up, could you?!?! Each time you think they really couldn't get any more hopeless they somehow pull another rabbit out of the hat!! Luckily I only have a few holdings in the trading account, most of mine are in the ISA and SIPP so tax vouchers not required, and I needed to get my tax reclaim in to HMRC so I worked it out myself, I certainly wasn't going to wait for them....more chance of me getting it right in any case!!

I emailed Julie Baxter for a second time following another idiotic reply from their secure messages, and she does at least seem to be on the case and is communicating with me. No resolution as yet but she has said there will be one by tomorrow....watch this space. Still 2 August dividends outstanding, one of them is now 3 weeks late

Relative still waiting for dividend - has anybody else had their previous tax year's dividends "remediated" by II?

In the relative's case, the discrepancy on one of the "remediations" (see my post 1427 above) above was apparently a few pounds rather than pence, although in the relative's favour.....

I admire your tenacity. I have given up on chasing dividends and checking up on tax matters. I can't even get any action from them about the inability to transfer my child's CTF.

Even after raising a complaint, threatening them with the regulator, and getting a soothing email from Julie Baxter they still can't resolve a simple issue.

    I just despair!
  • Finally received my Royal London Sterling Extra Yield Bond dividend today.....only 28 days late. Still not received a tax reclaim that should have been paid into my ISA in August, although I have received September's payment. Now apparently they have 'escalated my query'...never mind that my query has been ongoing since 24th August! I have also been advised that some fund managers have 'just stopped' paying them trail commission. Can that be right?
