Newton global income dividends received after a miniscule 10 day wait. This is the first time this has happened in 18 months as they usually take a month.0

Do you think we could put in a claim against them for being driven to alcoholism?!?!
They might offer £20 credit!:)
On the other hand, they might take the credit for our dying happy...:eek:0 -

I notice that for once in a way, the Invesco Perpetual Global Distribution has appeared within ten days of the payment day while Invesco Perpetual Distribution, which has occasionally appeared within five days, is still outstanding.
As far as I can gather from earlier correspondence, all the dividends are received in bulk via FNZ and it is then up to the dividend team to reconcile and allocate - why this is not done automatically by the computer I cannot imagine.0 -

Definitely the fault of III as I received my Newton Asian Inc on the 31st August.0 -
I have mistakenly set up an Order on my ii account. I now want to cancel it but cannot see how. Can anybody help, please?0

I thought you guys might find this internesting, I looked at all of the complaints given to the FCA in the second half of last year for Investment Companies.
II was 9th worst in terms of opened complaints (but everybody above it were banks). TD Direct was just below it in 10th and Hargreaves Lansdown in 18th.
66% of complaints were upheld, putting then in 9th place again, and again the worse broker.
I am pretty sure their 2015 figures will be much worse.
2014 complaints = 20520 -

I was given the usual spiel when I enquired about these - 'I can confirm that our Dividends Team usually needs 10 working days to receive and reconcile the payment.' Then they implied that the company was to blame rather than them, saying 'We aim to credit your account as quickly as possible but need the funds from the company in the first place.' I pointed out that it was strange how other providers seemed able to credit the payment on the due date or the day after. Do they not equally well need the funds from the company?!
I too await the dividends on Newton Asia Income. When II say that they need payment from the Company, they mean that they have not received funds from FNZ. Had II continued to use Cofunds as custodian instead of switching to FNZ, then I believe this late dividend issue would not be happening. But I think that as II rely on manual reconciliation for dividend allocation, it suits them to use FNZ late payment as an excuse. I did manage to get through to head of accounts at FNZ last year to ask them why dividends were paid late and I almost received a reply.....then suddenly I was told that they could not speak to me direct as their relationship was with II and I would need to speak to II. They're all in it together :mad:0 -

Anyone got the consolidated tax voucher yet?
Need to check it when received - it seems that the errors on my account occurred when these were being prepared......0
